Kasukuwere only talks of the leadership team of ZANU as if they have the monopoly of power. How many times do they have to fail the country? If Zimbabwe belongs to Zimbabweans then any party can lead that country. If MDC fails to bring the change the people should show them the door. Well done Trevor, you managed to ask some very important questions, with some typically evasive answers. The question that you could perhaps ask some of these people who have had so much influence on Zimbabwe’s sustained financial and political chaos is: Taking away any future leadership aspirations, and as an influential citizen, and having seen the impact of economic and political displacement to citizens across the diaspora, what can you actively do at this moment to help change Zimbabwe’s fortunes. They are articulate at stating what needs to be done, but what can he do today himself?

This guy should never ever be allowed to partake in ZIM politics. He is ruthless and unrepentant. The evil they unleashed should never ever be experienced again.

This is the best interview on Zimbabwe I have ever heard! If only everyone could listen to this with a sober mind .

I'm a South Africa (Azanian) and a staunch Pan Africanist and enjoy watching this show. Like many, I pray for the day Zimbabwe returns to its former glory. Mr Trevor must continue interrogating all leaders towards ensuring that this happens.

Well Trevor, I suppose I shouldn't be surprised watching this interview that you completely overlooked the period when Saviour was Wildlife & Tourism Minister in Zimbabwe. This remains - still - one hugely important area where Zim keeps getting it so wrong. 2014 was the year that the world started really condemning Zimbabwe for its reckless treatment of its native wildlife, and particularly its elephants and their protected land areas. I realise these goings on didn't contribute to Saviour being chased into the diaspora but hey! "look after your people!" as Saviour now says... And to do that, Zimbabwe, you need to look after your wildlife - so that conservation-minded tourists from all around the world visit in greater than pre-covid numbers, ploughing mega $s into your bleeding economy. For decades it's been clear that not one Cabinet Minister - and few journalists - values the Wildlife & Tourism portfolio. If you're going to help your country get back on its feet, this attitude needs to change...

Anybody who takes him serious needs to go for a check up in hospital. Zimbabweans need a human being as their leader not Kasukuwere. He should forget about being president of Zimbabwe.

I like how he was asked if he regrets his actions, but only expresses his regret after he’s pressed on the issue a second time. Mr Candidate, did you regret the actions you took or do 10:59 you regret not responding in an amicable manner the first time the question was proffered?

Kasukuwere said he now understands how people in diaspora feels and the pain of being away from home and your relatives. Too late for that, 2008 so many innocent people were killed ,he should tell us more of what happened.

it is a true maxim that, ""ukabuda muzanu unounyana". however this episode is a cyclone of ommissions & lies, a tsunami of half-truths and deficient of insight(s) on what really took place in the corridors of jongwe hse, munhumutapa building, new gvt complex, mukwati, state house & more importantly the interface rallies, and perhaps many other issues/questions that the people of zimbabwe may have wanted to ask. zanu pf is an ímportant instituition because it is responsible for running the country and its equally important & ntresting to know the dynamics within it especial how it run campaigns, how it relates to gvt and all sorts of issues like factionism and how it affects the running of gvt.
