You have to respect Zion for turning it around I honestly didn’t think he would flip the switch and wake up this early I honestly expected a few seasons before he got serious. So he has my praise for that now hopefully he will fulfill his potential.
Ingram buying into defense is probably the 2nd biggest reason the Pels are so dangerous right now. Dude remembered he has wing span for days and has started wreaking havoc in pass lanes.
I saw this comment mere hours before he got hurt, but thankfully he should be back in time for playoffs. Hoping for the best because a healthy Ingram is just fun hoops all around

Zion has always been good, & poeple worry about his weight, but he must likely will not ever be skinny 😮, he need that 260-270,to b a bully dog power forward,we have way enough stretch power forwards,his inside plays open up possibility for the rest of his team to make 3 pointers,are long two's, plus I don't think u want to stand in front of 6>7 270 pounds coming full speed at u!,as of lately there doubling down on him, he kicks out ,wind open 3!
Zion has arrived he has worked and adjusted his gifts to where his physical has matured with his mental and his confidence is growing everyday watch out
Glad to see he’s turned things around for himself, but I have my fingers crossed for him that he maintains that discipline through the offseason and into next. He’s continually played himself into good shape throughout the season but comes back with more weight the next year and that fluctuation leaves him much more vulnerable to injury and can/probably will affect his overall career longevity. Hope for his sake this was the push he needed to build good consistent habits

I don’t understand these videos. Zion is playing better and has lost weight and that’s making him more impactful. He didn’t break a narrative. He proved it was correct. The new narrative is, “Zion actually started taking basketball serious and is making a positive effect on the Pelicans.”
You can't just start taking basketball seriously and 25lbs just falls off. Zion was taking the game seriously the whole time which is how he lost so much weight. You have to diet for awhile to get to that point.

I'm happy that the team is moving in the right direction especially since Zion has made an effort to get in better shape and strive for a healthier lifestyle.
I think it's too early to give credit to anybody. We're praising guys for doing the bare minimum for their insane potential and max contracts, ok lmao. They're the 5th seed they have such a slim chance of beating the Clippers, and if they do they get clapped by the Nuggets or Thunder.
They are basically a team built to beat the clippers they can’t defend Zion and their entire team is perfect for shutting down their big three with all the athletic wings they have on the roster
He still has no mid range or a decent three point jumper.. in the playoffs opposing teams will be doing the same thing leaving him wide open causing troubles for his own team..
Clearly you haven't watched Zion game. Just because he doesn't have to use his mid range don't mean he doesn't have one.. Trust he has a hell of a mid range. Keep watching
