Anyone thinking of choosing Zoho, don’t! . Customer service not existent and help desk ‘experts’ would be lucky to have 5 seconds of experience in service delivery and customer support.
Thanks, I've used them in the past and their CS sucked, I think I'll steer clear of them, all these apps will have issues with integrations and such - super frustrating when you can't get good CS!
