Zoho Desk Tutorial for Beginners | Free Customer Service Software for Small Teams 

Everytime I search for something I need and theres not much information, this guy comes out. Hes a saviour.

Thank you! We have purchased the Zoho One plan and our developer tried to create a customer service platform with "Tasks" which has not done anything near what this can. Watching your video I realize that we need to be in "Desk" because this does EXACTLY what we want. We'll be looking for a new developer.

I want just to share this with you. First, Zoho desk advanced form is not mobile-friendly, so it can be used just for desktops. Second, it doesn't give the option to know if the file is attached or not. Third, you don't know how many files you have attached. Fourth, the captcha is not displayed properly. My advice is not to waste your time using Zoho desk advanced forms.

Hi Stewart! I have a question regarding Zoho Desk macro, do you know how to update all tickets every 100 days for example? You don't need to update all info, just one field in the ticket. Anyway, thanks for the video.

Between Zoho desk Free and FreshDesk Free, which one offers more features?

Can whatsapp use just like email with custimer order

Can order through whatsapp add the the desk?

I love Zoho but their desk portal templates and UI are the worst in the industry. Additionally, their website shows portal templates that are not even available.
