I honestly wish we got to see more of Cristina and lexi with zola. They were adorable. And notice how she has an aunt for everything? Lexi was there when she was a baby, and was sorta like a big sister kinda aunt, Cristina was the empowering role model aunt that had a soft spot for zola, Amelia is like her connection to her dad, and is the messy but fun aunt, and Maggie seems very close to her especially now, and it’s like Maggie’s her supportive stable aunt (because let’s be honest, both mer and Amelia know nothing about stable and normal childhoods) and is also a black role model and I will fight u if u say, that Maggie and zola don’t have sleepovers where Maggie does her hair, and they talk like best friends.
It is exactly what i thought while i was editing..wish we had to see Zola more with Cristina and Lexie(Actually with all of Mer's kids) but at least we know they are so loved by them.. For Maggie..one of the reasons that makes me love her so much is how great of an aunty she is and we definitely feel this connection with Zola for the reasons you mentioned and also i think the fact that Maggie is adopted can help Zozo alot if she start questioning her bio parents..and Amelia despite being an incredible aunty she is Derek's sister and she Looks just like him❤️
@@kamelia7872 I really wish the show showed more of the other kids too. I think zola has a special place in the show cuz of how she was introduced and everything that came with her, but I feel like Elis is such an interesting character too. I want to see Elis and Bailey have more screen time too, and see them connect with everyone.
@@nivedithashaine1760 i wish we could see more of them too i always feel like Ellis's personality is a mix of Meredith and Amelia (they previously spoke about how she likes to break rules and how moody she is and how she gets furious easily) so i can picture her personality but i don't have assumptions about Bailey's personality except that he has so much energy and he needs soccer haha(according to Link)
@@kamelia7872 that’s what I’m thinking too. I just find Elis’ character sooo intriguing. I can imagine a future where Amelia and Elis have an awesome relationship and she learns more abt Derek cuz she never met him. But unfortunately I don’t think the show will go on that long. Tho I do hope we see something like that.
she really has everything especially aunts who loves her with everything in them the best way they’ve known, i think also zola has a special spot in lexie’s heart because she’s the only niece she’s ever taken care of, i mean, sure molly also had a little girl but i don’t think she’ll ever come close to what lexie and zola had, lexie took care of zola like her own, and possibly the closest thing she ever had to a daughter since she never had a baby of her own
Kid's got 5 plus aunts that are doctors, so are her mom, dad and grandma... Possible stepdad. The last episode of this show is going to end up being her going off to college so she can fallow their footsteps
It’s great Lexi got to see Meredith again and find out about her nieces and nephew but it’s still sad she was gone and didn’t get to be a part of their lives
Really miss having Lexi together with them now especially with Maggie That would have been so awesome for Meredith to have her two sisters together with her and Zola and Bailey and Ellis
I know these all are fictional and all but this is heartbreaking to me realising that zola won't remember Lexi , she's the great aunt of them all and that zola and her siblings will never get to meet her 😭🤷.
Wish we could have seen lexie be and aunt to bailey and ellis(who tbh I think meredith should have named after her sister rather than her abusive mother)
@@hwp576 she had when she was a baby(that is why she was on Karev's project) so when she first came to Seattle grace mercy west Derek operated on her and put in a shunt and then she was doing just fine until season 16 her shunt needed a revision which was made by dr.Tom Koracik
@@kamelia7872 I have it too(hydrocephalus) but wasn’t sure if it was Zola Sheppard they were talking about. I talked to my mom about it (she’s rewatching the series) and she said Zola does have hydrocephalus on top of spina bifida
