do you think it saves any time? I haven't really perfected the run yet because no one to compete against. I think a sub 3 hour is possible but it would be a near perfect run.

@@tyshoe If you time it right you might. The enemy still stay but you probably need RNG so you go in the right direction. Might be usuable in single segment runs or maybe full runs when I figured out how it exactly works

it can skip the sections if done properly means less enemys

I currently have all records in the game but chronologically, I did my first WR run, all segmented runs, then the current world record. I also had to redo the first segment run a couple times because some guy kept trying to take it from me but it doesn't appear that he cares any longer since I beat it by a good portion. I think if i were to learn each segment and maybe use tricks in parts like what you might have discovered, a sub 3 hour is definitely possible.

The run is so long because there aren't any glitches. I searched for the same amount of time that I played but I couldn't find any skips or movement techniques myself or anywhere else online.
