That "All flesh must be eaten" campaign with Ragin' Reggie where they progressively learn that the zombies retain their understanding of stuff like doors or barricades and can also use pre-planned coordinated ambush tactics

Interesting... So i've been thinking about what the next evolution of zombie fiction will be since the current form of shambling (or sprinting) corpses making gurgly growly sounds just isn't scary anymore... And you may be on to something with the "sound like a normal person" thing. Imagine zombie fiction where the zombies are able to mimic human speech but only as well as a parrot since all the other "human" parts of them are gone, so they don't really know what they're saying. Just kinda repeating stuff. So if you see one up close it's pretty obvious, but they can lure you into danger by constantly screaming "help" or something. Ooh... that's spooky. The zombie soundscape of growls and gurgles would be replaced by constant cries for help that you wouldn't be able to distinguish from real ones, leading to even more paranoia than we currently have in zombie fiction. This sounds great, someone else make it, I'm busy being talentless.

@@DwAboutItManFr No that means they are more cognitive, but still zombies. They can plan, they don't fall as easily for traps and they can fool you.

The zombie ends up realizing that their best chance for long term survival is industrial farming and as such sides with the humans in the end

@@megamanx466 the rona isn't lethal enough to wipe out humanity, although I do suspect disease will be mankind's ultimate end, and climate change definitely won't be our end. Whether the world gets colder or hotter their will still be either the poles or the equator to support humans. Not to mention I don't think earth even has the capability of getting to a temperature mankind couldn't overcome, and it also can't produce enough storm power to kill us off. Humans are too much like fleas for the earth to just shake us off.

@@propheinx2250 Honestly, I don't believe in most world ending scenarios. Humanity is adaptive like bacteria though, but can be smarter when we need to be. One thing I know about humanity that I learned from the old Dune movies is: "Fear is the mind killer!" 😅
