Hello again, we did a little bit of pre-planning to time our journey with a big high pressure system over the top of us, so much more enjoyable with calm seas. Thanks for watching again.
Tip for crossing and camping across the Nullarbor, watch the weather, in particular the 4 Day charts from BOM, if you can time your trip when a high pressure system is above the Nullarbor, makes for light winds and pleasant conditions. We timed our trip for those conditions. Cheers Graham
Hi Graham, we have just ordered our first zone. Questions:1.What drone do you use 2:How’s your van without the protection pack? Do you use rock tamers or stone stomper? Thanks for your content , we find your adventures highly informative and great photography.
Hi Belinda, Thanks for the great feedback, glad you are enjoying our videos. 1: Mavic Air 2 , it’s very good. 2: I use Rock Tamers, I like the way you can adjust them out just past the car wheels, together with the Zone stone guard and Zone flaps, plus I added an additional set of mud flaps in front of the front drop down legs we have had no damage to the front of the van after over 10K kilometres of travel. Hope all that helps. Regards Graham & Ann
Thanks Graham, we have ordered Sojourn Pioneer. Not ready til next May , but currently have an Australian Off-road Matrix . The sojourn will be a nice upgrade!
Hi Graham. We very much enjoy your videos. we are picking up ZB371 (20'6") next week. Do you have the co-ordinates from the camp site between Head of Bight and Nullabor road house.
Hi Jeff; That’s exciting news, picking up your new adventure Zone next week, they really are great. The ranger at the Head of the Bight gave us the directions, I think from memory it’s 24Km heading west from the turn off to the Head of the Bight. I’m sure if you ask him he will give you the info, he lives out there all year. Glad you are enjoying our travels, Cheers Graham & Ann
