Thank you for the video. Do let us know when co-hosts can be enabled to broadcast across rooms. Would be great if hosts and co-hosts would be able to communicate with one another across break out rooms.
Thanks for this quick video! This was really good to know, I was not aware of this new feature. Here is a quick question for you: Do you know of any way on how to broadcast one camera/Video feed to all breakouts simultaneously? We would like to play a quiz game with multiple teams in breakouts, but the actually questions etc come from one of the hosts accounts. Currently I am not aware of any easy way of doing this. My idea was to send the video/camera feed via NDI into multiple zoom machines which are each in a breakout room. But the problem with this solution is that it requires and awful lot of computers.
Hey Jeremy, I'm here for the exact same reason! Chris did a video about sharing a screen but that didn't appear to allow audio share! It was from Sept 21 so maybe the features have improved! Did you manage to crack it?
@@freyalunn1179 I just did one of those even type things the other day again. There is still no way to broadcast one account across all breakouts sadly. I solved it with my multiple laptop solution. Which is not cheap, but works really well, but is a bit more technical.
@Jeremy Greysmark hey Jeremy, I've just done a trial and got it to work. You'll need to choose the broadcast voice option, and then click on the icon that comes up which will broadcast your voice across all the breakout rooms! Hope this makes sense but let me know if you have any questions!
@@freyalunn1179 thank you for your quick response on this one! I found that option as well, and I think it even works with screenshares together? I just did not use it, as we have good kit with decent mics and it would not work well with that. There is still lots of tinkering to do on my end.
@Jeremy Greysmark oh frustrating! Yeah it worked well for me but I was only using the mic on my laptop. Works as an option for screensharing and talking at the same time, and just as a bulletin announcement. Good luck!
