Thank you so much for your honest review! I haven't been using zoom for over 10 15 years now, and yes the cheaper models do have problems with plastic, lots of them have had the problem to be careful with the plastic. Good thing though I did lose some plastic pieces on one of my zoom and they replaced the battery lid for free so cool. My main goal is to be able to have a small unit to record small short podcast for audio clips
Totally agree! I wish Zoom would use some stronger materials on all their products, but the F1 has been perfect as a quick recorder when I need it. I’m just always cautious of that battery door.
Great video. Yo8u have a very engaging style. I have managed to pick up the BT version second hand. I was wondering whether using the a Lavalier from one of my Sennheiser EK100 radio mikes might improve the audio? Any thoughts? All the best, Raymond. Nottingham UK
Hi Raymond, thank you for your feedback. I would say absolutely. I use mine with a Sanken COS-11 and the audio quality is excellent. Much better than my wireless system and the included lavalier in the kit. Best of luck.
can you actually record dj with it? In another review someone mentioned that it completely peaks due to the nature of the signal coming out (being too loud)
