That's nonsense! NATO will not send troops to intervene even if Korean troops are fighting on other fronts such as the Kusker Front and the Russians know this too, which is why Korean troops will also fight on other fronts.
According to international law, no one is saying a Russian cannot look like a Korean and speak Korean. Anyway, we already know there are Ukrainians that speak English, Polish, German, French, etc...
Remember most Europeans cannot tell the difference between a Korean and a Buryat. So pictures of Asian troops picking up Russian uniforms is not evidence of N Korean's moving in.

nato has broken just about every international law including their own agreements with Russia so as far as i can see there are no rules now just what a country makes and backs by their own word of honor
yes they are but not in their own uniforms officially. if Russia requests/accepts North Korea troops aid, there is nothing stopping Ukraine asking/accepting a NATO country's official troops help oin the ground. This would undermine Russia's escalation management strategy which is why i think Russia did not do this. Also, Putin/Lavrov would not proceed without an announcement of such a big update in their situation.
And if the Germans americans, uk, and france have specialist troops in ukraine already on their donated weapons systems and as advisors, does that not count as foreign troops involved in the UA. Easy the Russians should just call the Koreans as advisors on their weapons systems (rifles) and supply support troops.
3 or 4 months ago, there was footage of what appeared to be a North Korean MLRS in Ukraine. It's entirely possible there is more NK involvement than we realise, but it's likely it's only more for experimenting weapons in combat and observers and fairly small in number. The 1500 allegedly training in the far east is more likely just signs of growing cooperation between the 2, military exercises etc
Exactly. The Russians have hundreds of thousands of soldiers and they have so many volunteers they don't have time to train, equip and deploy them all. And using North Korean soldiers would be a diplomatic disaster. Reporting it is just for sensation. But funnily, Biden-loyal media all claim it is real. Isn't that "fake news" and "disinformation," the words they love so much? The words they used as an explanation for why Trump won in 2016, claiming he was a Russian agent. The amount of actual "disinformation" they have used about the Ukraine war alone is enormous.
The North Korea has not stopped preparing for war with the rest of the world. The war in Ukraine is the only full-scale military conflict where their troops can gain real experience and check the level of their readiness. I am not certain who has asked who for this.
1. We do not know if the troops were Korean. 2. We do not know why those troops are in Russia. 3. We do not know for certain what they will do in future.

The AFU can mobilize the entire country, it will not make any difference. They are running out of hardware, and the economy is almost nonexistent. The money donated by NATO is not going to be enough to pay for food, for services, and not even for the salaries of the army. Add to that the lack of electricity and clean water. The conflict is over, they're just being stubborn now, and will only make it more difficult for them to rebuild.

The new mobilization is only recruiting young people who do not want to fight and will be absolutely useless in battle. Zelensky is a traitor to his people who is sending his people to their death. Zelensky only talks about the impossible dream of victory, and not about the lives of Ukrainian men who are dying in vain.

I read an interesting comment from someone who has studied the DPRK extensively and one thing that's not being commented on is the DPRK wanting to help Russia because of an honour debt. Russia helped North Korea immensely over the last 50 years or so, and the DPRK have wanted to try and repay this for decades. The most worried is South Korea because NOKO troops will now gain actual combat experience unlike SOKO troops.
I guess also the mutual agreement. There are Ukrainian soldiers on Russian soil therefore from the mutual agreement some North Korean might be sent in Kursk direction for assistance and military first hand practice. Russia would do the same if North Korea was threatened with foreign troops on the ground.

Russia allowing NK troops into Russia and to fight in Kursk is legit under 'international law'. That does not give the Ukraine the same ability to allow foreign troops inside its borders unless the NK troops cross into the Ukraine???? hmmm.... Perhaps Dima's prediction is correct, and of course, "international law" is nothing formal in practice because of Western violations, going as far as manipulating ICC that cannot issue arrest warrants related to grave crimes of Israel. I doubt newly arrived North Korean troops can be trained in Russian tactics and integrated into Russian command structure that quickly to be deployed in Kursk counteroffensive this year at least.

Wouldn’t be surprised if North Korea wants its troops to get some training in a war zone. Also, an indicator that the recent defence treaty is not just words on paper.
Korean thing is just practice for Koreans in battlefield conditions. I am surprised Chinese didn't send theirs units as well. No amount of practice can replace live combat.
