My mother was one of her biggest fans. She would send her a birthday card every year, and Zsa Zsa would always reply with a picture and some sweet note. So to me she will always be very dear. I still have my mother's old collection of Zsa Zsa memorabilia.
Oh. I sure do remember ZsaZsa. I was born in 1969, so I remember a good many of the Hollywood Glam bcs my parents and Grandparents watched all those movies and had favorites and would talk about all of it. Your Mom must be super cute and a sweetheart to have done things like that. I love it,!
@@jomama5186 I wish you could have met my mom. She was indeed cute and sweet. She looked like a cross between Gene Tierney and an ultra-feminine Jane Russell, with dark auburn hair and big blue eyes. She had a degree in sociology but mainly taught remedial reading. She was about the last person you would expect to be a fan of Zsa Zsa. But I think she saw something in Zsa Zsa that just meshed with her own sense of humor, plus she got a lot of beauty tips from her! For instance, she had saved an article where Zsa Zsa advised every woman to mix sunscreen in with their face cream in the daytime. And that was in the 1950s, back before all this business about wearing sunscreen was widely known! Your comment was so sweet - big hug!
She was a lot more smarter than some people gave her credit for she was funny warm and sweet and did a lot for charity she just did not like people taking the piss out of her no one was like her she was and always will be fabulous Darling x

In my opinion the Gabor sisters are by far more sophisticated, cultured and ladylike than the Kardash sisters. And honestly, I thought Zsa Zsa was in the right about the policeman.
She was entertaining. Even with her sexual escapades she exuded class and whit. RIP Zsa Zsa. She had personality and was straight forward. I wish I could have had a conversation with her.

Zsa Zsa was my favorite Gabor in this life time what a women who worked hard for her own jewels she bought & paid for in life...I'm sure some were from men of time but like she said it took two years of public life to pay off her diamonds she wore one time on a talk show.
How did ZsaZsa become Miss America at fourteen when she was Hungarian and married to the Turkish Ambassador? Don't you have to be American citizen to represent Miss America?
I really miss the glamourous stars of yesterday, who really dressed up for the cameras and in public always looked good. Although Zsa Zsa knew that she was no great talent, she really epitomized the old-time glamour of Hollywood. Now big time stars like Brad Pitt don't seem to care enough to dress up for the cameras.
I love her but she did tell lies she had work done in 1983 1984 and 1987 facelifts and maybe even late 70s there is no shame in it she was a good looking woman but in the early 80s she had bad joweling under her chin look at her in the love boat 1984 she looks amazing 87 again looking fab
@@WoodlandPoetry Zsa Zsa was a kick when she was featured in Vanity Fair in either 2007 or 2008 with Frederic. She claimed she was 65. Which of course would have made her a toddler when she gave birth to Francesca, but the Gabors always had problems discerning fact from fiction.
Well then her and her sister must have a very precise doctor cuz those two look like twins...maybe she just lost weight? Cuz I've got Hungarian cousins and they are aging very well! and they do have those high cheek bones too.
This lady is chosing to beleive her own mind fictions. She came to Turkey and married at 1937 at city of Ankara. Ataturk was deadly sick and living in Istanbul, 400 miles a way from her.
Yes indeed! That's why I believe her when she says she hasn't had plastic surgery, because they do look like twins...I think its that Hungarian blood, I have cousins who don't look their age at all... and they are half Hungarian and half Polish..
I recently found out she had sisters but as I see them they look similar yes but I wouldn’t say twins to me Zaza looked better. I use to watch Green Acers re-runs on Nick at Nite and when the show would first come on and the song played you saw the actors names on the screen big I saw Zsa Zsa Gabor! Not Eva! I was shocked to my core when I learned of this! Like how is that even possible!??? I am not mistaken the 2 sisters! As I stated earlier I never knew her to even had any siblings! I remember seeing Zsa Zsa’s name and saying how exotic and how beautiful she was with that accent! I watched that show every night! I know for a fact it was her and not her sister nobody and I mean nobody can tell me otherwise! If ppl don’t believe something isn’t right with this reality I don’t know what to tell you but I know this to be true!
She was born in 1917 her first marriage 1935 when she was 18. She lost her virginity 6 months before Ataturk die she was already 3 years in marriage. It does not metter how old you are you never forget your first. How can you loose virginity after been 3 years of marriage? She remember when she was 7, she remembers when she was 15 so she is not mixing up the years for old age. This part is pure lie.
In another biography I read that she was 21 years old and already married when she went to live to Ankara where she met Ataturk and had an affaire with him.
I always wonder about that too, but towards the end of this interview, the best question was finally asked...and she gave the answer..Zsa Zsa said..."when the men start looking around at other women she leaves them before they leave her, she didn't want to be rejected...and since she never married for the money and can make her own way, she never took a dime from them...The lady was looking for real love...no strayers....I get it!

Never knew anyone who put so much importance on materialistic things when she could have did so much more for the poor or the sick. She talks so much about making all these movies and yet none of us can name maybe only 1 film! I don't know what world she lives in!
