Today, we take a look at the Zero Tolerance ZT0452CF. It's a larger blade than I expected before I unboxed it yet I found the blade profile, the lightness, and the ease of use to be refreshing. The design is a standout and appears to have been copied, or should I say, homaged more than most people are probably aware of. I compare and contrast the ZT0452 with the Bestech Shodan, the ZT0707 and the Tepe Designs Hornet.
Sitting at over 4 inches long with S35VN, this would handle almost any need you can think of for an outdoor knife. Although the carbon fiber gives it style, there's still a lot to be said for the social distancing required for the long reach and loud noise of its flipper opening mechanism.
The most interesting finding of this Sinkevich designed knife is probably how similar it is as a predecessor of the ZT0707.
