@@Oliver_Evans9 i honestly am ready for Harvey to fill in that position. He excites me more than Mo but i dont want to see Mo go due to his goals. But i also think how wasteful salah is sometimes that if we had someone less selfish there, we would likely achieve the same goal tally with the balls in from Harvey . Call me naive but to me he along with Macca are our future. I can agree about the Robbo dilemma but was so happy with Joe Gomez filling in and his progress that its not the most trying problem. Especially if we end up playing more inverted or even 3 at the back . We do need a 6, but i will never doubt Michael Edward’s plan. I hate the idea of buying for the sake of buying. I don’t want to get into big contracts with players just to buy them. And I also feel very confident with Stefan Baijetic playing there. He had a horror injury that took a long time to recover. If he is even 80% of what i saw 2 seasons ago, we don’t need to fret

What makes me laugh is fans on other sites saying we don't need transfers this is a great squad. Except, a few less people than last year and it failed last season due to some injuries and luckily some players stood up to the challenge. Liverpool needs that depth.

I hope we get Zubimendi. I do wonder why is Craig so skeptical of Sociedad's management. Why does he phrase it that they have to make it "look" like they want to keep Zubimendi. He used this language a few times. I suspect that Sociedad actually want to keep this class player.

Transfers are a good thing, but I really don't think you must do them if you don't have to. I can easily see a double pivot of szoboszlai and macca, or Endo and szoboszlai with macca ahead, there are too many options for me to be worried, except the manager isn't good. Klopp left a great team, he already did most of the rebuilding.

Still worried,won't believe till I see him in Liverpool shirt. Why this is anfield saying we may offer players ? tbf i thought konate looked crap against united but he trained for the first time like 2/3 days before the game so what do u expect, he also didn’t play for france and was injured for the final games of the season so he last played really in like april which is close to 4 months. Are we forgetting that there were genuine shouts for konate being better than van dijk in the first half of last season? his injury record is a worry but i feel so much more confident with him playing nexto trent than quansah, konate is like a centre back and right back in one letting trent do whatever he wants

It’s not good that he went to Germany.. instead of sorting out his future, unless, he has made up his mind to stay.😏what if he gets injured?? I heard the Chairman & Zubimendi agent have met to today to offer him an improved contract 😢if he really wanted LFC he would have told his agent to sort it…just can’t see it happening. Hope I’m wrong and there’s a twist in this outcome. LFC have already offer the full release clause, it’s down to the player but a player dragging his feet doesn’t feel me with confidence he will settle in at LFC if his heart is elsewhere.

i really dont see the point oof him stay in his childhood club, thats like saying Messi stay at Grandoli and never transfer from it to europe, Literally Real Sociedad isnt going to win a Laliga or a champions league its good for him to join a bigger club to win those kinda trophy even tho the club that wanted him is cheap, if he stay at sociedad which means next time when another transfer window comes hes going for 25-26 which 2 more year ages older , a footballer's prime wont last for that long

I've been saying for some time we should sell Konate, great CB on his day but a perpetual sick note, the guy has never managed a full season with us and has only ever played a full season (if you can call 43 games a full season) once and that was for Leipzig. Jota is another one, love the guy but in 4 seasons for us he's managed 1 full season...he's almost never there when we need him.

There is a reason why Endo is not 100% transferred. It is because Liverpool has signed a sponsorship deal with a huge Japanese company, which will bring Liverpool more than 50 million € in profits. One of Tsimikas, Vaicetic, Jones, Carvalho or Gomez will be sold

I did not like Konate's play most of the previous season. OK, he did the defending pretty well, but whenever he had the ball in his legs, he had no clue what to do with it. It was very annoying, always giving it to Virgil near him or back to Alisson. EVERY TIME. This is not what is expected from a Liverpool player. Good guy, but as a player not complete enough. Liverpool should make the most of his current market value.

Every team spending lots of money to strengthen their squad but Liverpool can’t do a single deal. This Zubimendi deal should be easy for Liverpool to do. Just convince the player and trigger the release clause and Sociedad are out of the equation. If you can’t convince players to join despite our pedigree then it’s a disgrace. It’s becoming embarrassing how we struggle to get signings over the line. Absolutely disgraceful

I would rather keep Joe Gomez than Konate. The latter has not been in form for quite a bit and is not as versatile as Gomez. Don't understand why players would go to Chelsea. Don't they know how crazy it is over there.
