This was a quick vegetarian/keto/low carb dish that can also be a great side dish for you and your family.

Ingredients:
1 zucchini
1 yellow squash
1 tablespoon butter for the sauce
Pat of butter for saute
1/2 shallot or tablespoon of red onion
1 garlic clove
1 juice of 1 lemon
1 -2 tablespoons white wine
1 Tablespoon olive oil
Instructions:
1 - Made zoodles however you can. I recommend the spiralizer in this video.
2 - Heat Blackstone to med heat.
3 - Add butter and olive oil to the Blackstone and add shallots/onion and garlic. Stir for 1 min.
4 - Add noodles and saute until tender, about 3 mins.
5 - Make a well with your noodles and add butter, white wine, and lemon juice. Let reduce for a 1-2 mins.
6 - Serve and enjoy.
