I'm 73 and I thought you should know that I've used your recipe for over two years at least 7 or 8 times. Raised about $400 for our church's cake raffle for our youth camp, also. It's a great recipe and there's a loaf baking right now. Can't wait!
FANTASTIC! I did mini loaves, personally large loaves always cook uneven so I stopped baking like that a long time ago. I followed the recipe exactly. Baked @350 for 45 mins, at the 25 min mark I rotate breads, at the 35 min mark I throw foil on top of the loaves, literally throw a sheet on top of the bread, want to make sure the top doesn’t brown up too much. I do this with my banana bread too. Worked so well!
Made this today. It was The BEST Zucchini bread I've ever had!! I used Almond flour, only 1/4 cup of coconut sugar, Fage yogurt and added a tablespoon of Bacon grease (an amazing secret ingredient my Mom used to add to pie crust) I was in the mood for a Mediterranean flair so I added a teaspoon of dried rosemary and omitted the vanilla. Had an amazing moise texture and perfectly sweet without overkill.
Your recipe is wonderful. I made it for the first time yesterday and almost knew from all the positive comments that I would not be disappointed. It smelled so good baking, it was moist and springy, and full of flavor... Perfect ! Thank you!

Found this recipe and I tried it once. I haven’t looked back since lol. So easy and so good!!! I also must add, I’ve never baked anything in my life before this. And now I can’t stop making it. We now have zucchini bread at least 2xs a month in our house!

I tried this recipe today and used vegetable oil, added 1/4 tsp nutmeg and roasted walnuts and pecans and it was sooo delicious! My family loved it! Thank you for another simple and tasty recipe.
Made this today with fresh squash from the garden. I used coconut oil instead of vegetable oil and it took about 1 1/2 hours until it was done, and it is delicious!

This was deliciousl! Even better the next day! Tip: spray the loaf pan before placing the parchment paper in it. If keeps it in place when you pour the batter. I learned the hard way!

Great recipe and easy to follow turtorial, thank you! My father gave me a huge zucchini from his garden and with that one zucchini I tripled this recipe and made 3 loaves and they turned out Delicious!! I did put less sugar in I just put a cup in each loaf as I felt that was plenty and it was, matter of fact next time I think i'll go with just 3/4 cup sugar as I found with a cup it was just a tad sweeter then I prefer. I put pumpkin seeds and walnuts and large flake oats on the tops of the loaves I didn't bother putting it inside the loaves as I just like it to garnish with but I put lots on :) Thanks again out of all the recipes and turtorials I watched I'm so glad this is the one I chose. I will be making this again for sure!!

@@chipper1112 After you grate the zucchini, put it on a clean dishcloth and squeeze out the moisture. Then lay it on paper towels and pat dry. There is quite a bit of liquid that comes out.
