I was watching a tvshow filmed in Turkey. It got me to look at google maps of the country. I look at the restaurants and saw food pictures. The food looks so healthy. When I saw the zucchini fritters, I had to know how they are made. This video is the most accurate I have seen showing how to make them. Many videos makingl recipes leave out dill and mint. Zucchini is a summer squash of choice to eat here in Kentucky. Seeing new ways to cook zucchini makes the stomach very happy. 😁
İ have recently made mucver a couple weeks ago. İ will try your ingredients next time. İ only used corn flour, 1 egg, 1 zucchini, and 1 carrot. İ used all of the zucchini so will be interesting to see the difference doing it without the middle part. 👍👍👍

Merhaba from Canada. Looks sooo delicious, this recipe is similar to an Indian dish called 'pakora', they're made with chopped vegetables in chickpea flour and spices. InshaAllah I'm going to try this recipe, Teshekuller
I use Besan flour (chick pea flour ) As I cannot eat sugar, avoid carrots and zucchinis and I use Organic Moong Bean ,onions , chilies sprouted and blend.
Mmmm, those look great. A little tip: if you put a damp wash cloth or kitchen towel under your cutting board, it won't slide around under your knife as you chop.

Corn flour is similar to other flours, while cornstarch is mainly used as a thickener. Where I from both are considered corn flour. Can you clarify which one you've used. Can't wait to try it.

What is the "White cheese" that you use? Is it a sheep or goat cheese or a cow cheese?? We have so many cheeses here in the US, which is not me bragging, I just want to have the dish similar to what you cooked! Some cheese is tart, like Feta (love it) and some is mild, like a soft Goat or Sheep's cheese. It doesn't look like Mozzarella. Is it a Parmesan? -laughs- These just look so yummy, I need to make them!!
It is Turkish style white cow cheese it’s similar to feta I think. It is tart yes, you can also use aged sheep or goat. Mozzarella wouldn’t give the same affect 😊👋
