At the speed that the shredder/grinder runs, doesn't it oxidate as much as a regular centrifugal juicer?

Hi Rootweek, Thanks for your question. Happy to resolve your doubt :) With centrifugal, fruits are treated under one simple process with high rpm (3.500 -4.500 rpm). However, the shredder/grinder on Mastery runs from 1.800 - 3.000 rpm and then the slow pressing pressing to obtain maximum juice. I currently make fresh juices for people who are in need for health reason using Norwalk. I make 200oz a day. I am looking to go commercial and have same concern with regards to grinder. Heat and vibrations case nutrients to go flat. Any lab testing?

Schade, das der Entsafter nicht mit Walzen oder Schneckenpressestystem gebaut wurde. Laut Gerson ein Arzt aus Anfang des 1900 Jahrhunderts, konnte er aus Säfte die nach dem Zentrifugalprinzip gepresst wurden keine solche Heilwirkung im Menschen feststellen wie über drüberstehende erwähnte Verfahren. Die Reinigung sieht zudem zeitaufwendig aus? Die Tresterauffangtücher müssen sicher immer erneuert werden? Mir scheint es ein kostspieliges Unterfangen.

Thanks for your message Gabi. MASTERY offers an 11-ton press system to work on fruit pulp instead of a centrifugal method as more traditional systems. The machine can be easily cleaned if the appropriate installation is available (water, drainage, etc.) Bags can be washed after several uses, by removing the pulp and brushing the inside first, and treating them with a disinfectant solution afterwards (as indicated in the video). @@zumexgroup Warum werden überhaupt noch Zentrifugalsysteme gebaut, wenn daraus gewonnene Säfte keine solche Heilwirkung bringen? Außerdem sind sie nicht so gut geeignet um Wildkräuter oder Grassaft herzustellen.
