Rgb actually fixed. You just have to press the download button after setting the rgb. In zuoya software, that feature didnt worked​ with it.@@hanys608

@@Kokos_Gadgets sucks to hear it. So I have a question, the Irok software is far superior, you cand adjust the RT from 0.1 to 4mm? Because the first thing I'm gonna do is flashing this firmware as soon my kb arrives lmao

yes you can do that, even in the zuoya one too, they are pretty similar to be honest@@MarceloFong

@@MarceloFong ye, the one feature that Irok have and zuoya doesnt, is the 8k polling, so now it is added to the program, the rest of it are the same, so no lacking any of the things

I received my unit today and flashed the Irok latest firmware. The RGB profile was saved to the keyboard memory. 🎉

I can set any macro that I want, its a little bit buggy, but works !

The keyboard is an analog kb btw, but dont have that controller joystick movement mode sadly

Sadly yes, its still doing the same. But it looks like only for me in this ridiculous amount. There was a time where it was pressing randomly even at 1.2mm actuation, and I making the most accurate calibration of the keys, that can human ever performs. Pressing firmly not too hard or too slow, idk what im doing wrong.

Now after multiple days of testing, configuring the rapid trigger, single key/all key calibrations(made like 20-30 recalibrations), days of messing up with various keyboard analyzer programs, managed to go down to the lowest where im still safe and thats 0.6mm actuation.

@@Kokos_Gadgets I contacted the official Zuoya store via Aliexpress and they said that the Zuoyax86 is programmed to work correctly at 1.0mm and not below that (the person who responded was the store's artificial intelligence)

it compatible with the standard mx styled magnetic switches such as gateron jades, ks-20 white ones. I have jades in currently.

Swap the firmware only if you encountering issues with your keyb. As I experienced more with this product, realized polling is exact same on zuoya and with irok 8khz option too. So the*true*8k availability not present in this keyb, atleast for now.

@@rvmjsl2 as much as I understand from it, is the polling rate is 8k but the scanrate is 1k, so its basically running a 1000hz polling with fake 8k

@@Kokos_Gadgets so no point in changing the firmware? If i understand correctly what you saying is that in the video the guy proves that the zuoya isnt trully running in 8khz even with iroks firmware right?

Im just hoping this thing will not going to reach Irok, we just kinda throwed out the peace of junk zuoya software, replaced with their more polished one... in this questionable way....🙄

well one reason might be that the irok software is also spyware and comes with trojan viruses. once you install the driver it establishes a connection to alibaba cloud that is always on regardless of whether the keyboard is plugged in, and constantly sends and receives data over that connection. It also comes with a known trojan virus for extra measure. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-rmHc-6c3Sj4.html although who knows if the zuoya software is any better. maybe i'll try doing some malware analysis of my own on some of these executables (attackshark, zuoya, irok, etc.)

@@evilemil When I made the video, based on the article; you might get some latency improvements with the firmware swap. However later than I tested with an inspector program before the old and after the new firmware, and its not much changed, so the polling didnt changes either

Saw someone on bilibili with his nd75 keyboard, and it was doing it. The title was similar something like this just with china words: look my keyboard can write without me :)

Lowered the polling rate to 2000hz, and now it looks like I dont have random keypress issues anymore. even adjusting it to the lowest 0.1mm Im fine with it.

Based on this review of the nd75 which is tested the 8k: kbd.news/Irok-ND75-review-2324.html Im getting similar performance graphs with the zuoya one too. (Same oem)
