Here i'll write it for you: Ing: 2 whole chicken thighs 3 carrots 2 white onions 2 potatoes 1/2 lemon 1 big red bell pepper 1 bunch of parsley 1 egg 9 whole cherry tomatoes ~100 to 200g of white flour ~1 spoonful of powdered chicken broth (or vegetable broth) Salt to taste Prep: Boil the chicken thighs until cooked, remembering to add salt first, remove the foam manually; Dice the onions in a bowl; Dice the carrots, bell pepper, potatoes into another bowl; Chop the parsley into yet another bowl; On a fourth bowl, break the egg in, add a pinch of salt, mix, then add the flour and keep mixing to make the dough. You can add more or less flour if it's too liquid or more or less water if it's too rough. This is basic pasta dough cooking, if you can't even do this, learn how to do pasta first. After working the dough, cut the pasta in the shape you want or the one shown in the video. Sprinkle a bit more flour to it if its still sticking in your fingers a bit.
