Sigh … my first longer ride on the KICKR Shift. Not enjoyable:
nowhere near as good as PR (although that was drafting)
feels like it’s always in erg mode. Always resistance
couldn’t get my heart rate up, because resistance was fatiguing leg muscles?
tried to push up watts and HR at end, but legs fatigued from resistance. Really weird
At the moment I don’t think there is any way I can replicate my performances with the KICKR Core from a week ago. So disappointing.
