Hi, regarding the red button on the bags, It is just flat all the time so when you push it nothing happens, it does not click or anything, is it supposed to be raised up and then you push it down. What happens if you dont press it.

How do you clean it if liquid does get in?

in the instruction it says when charging u should see a indicator light i dont see one on mine how do i know if its fully charged im new just got omine

Do these bags have a life? I find some still let air in after I’ve sealed it and pressed the button.

I used a dark plastic insert that clips inside the bag valve (clicked tightly), and liquid just got sucked right up. I just saw this video after the fact, but seems like its not fool proof. Is my pump going to stink like milk now? It just keeps bubbling out when I turn it on after a brief rinse on the bottom. I pulled off the rubber footing from the suction pump and cleaned it as best I could. Still works it seems.

Makes no sense that you have to freeze it before you put it in these what good is that! I'll sell this looks like one of those ziploc machines that were made a few years ago Those were no good either But I could be wrong!

Light on the pump won’t go out

I bought this, and it does not work.

I nearly bought it, but I am worried about the battery in the vacuum pump. If it dies it can't be replaced, not possible to purchase a spare and it is very well possible in a few years the current pump is not made anymore. Then you are left with a lot of expensive accessorizes that cannot be used. Zwilling should take the approach from delonghi, even years after the new model is released you can purchase spare parts. This looks like planned obsolescence.
