I had already gotten the metal plunger rod and trigger for my viper, so I just ordered the kit from Monkeemods, and now they also have a CNC threaded dartgate, and threaded barrels! Since that eliminated the issue you had with the gluing the better fitting barrel into the dartgate, I took the plunge and got the new dartgate, the slide kit and the threaded barrel, and fully plan to use your assembly videos as a guide!

Awesome congrats! It does look really sweet. And that pull to prime the blaster is nice! Wish they had that system for the firerat. I think the barrel issue … is an issue … I think not everyone will be able to do what you did: cut another barrel. Once again … very nice!

No I haven't..but I kind of stay away from 3D printed stuff as they don't resist well in the sun for outdoor play

Thats really depending on what you print it out of. PETG has no issues with the sun and heat.

I mean, it might just not be your thing... but keep in mind that an all CNC internals S200 Fire Rat will be more Expensive for lesser result. This one is just perfect, Finger prime on a 1.8 spring, 180 fps... that's Harrier Territory here...in a much much smaller package. Then again, I understand this is an expensive blaster...but worth every penny

Feeding the algorithm As an old machinist it would seem that tolerances are a little off. That barrel fit with screws is just not paying attention. And I can understand the price, that’s fine finishing for you.

Biggest tolerance problem I saw was on the barrel, not the part itself... I have many Barrel from many maker (Worker, SWIN, ZWQ, Star Co)... While the Worker and Swin ones have regular OD, the ZWQ have some variation depending on color(Red and Grey being smaller than the Silver and Gold) probably due to the Anodize process...Any other barrel I have fits like a glove...even the Short OG S200 Barrel(red) and my ZWQ Baize Barrel (again Red).

@@thatoldnerfguy that is common with coatings and different manufacturers. The screws being tapped long or through so as to be able to bind is the tolerance I was thing of.

I am using a 13 kg spring full cnc parts but is only shoot at 140-150 fps. Might have some leaks. Any advice?

Spring sounds good, maybe a bit "softer than mine"...Is the Viper holding its seal for more than 3 sec? Maybe Teflon Tape around the Barrel Thread. As for "Power" itself, The length of you barrel will change something. 160mm is good but a bit short, I run a 175mm Swin Barrel in it.

I actually have a s200 viper and I a silver/black design, REALLY WISH THEY SELL THE COPPER BARREL WITH AN ORANGE RING cuz mines looks uhh yikes

Question, what barrels and muzzles would look like a suppressor that would fit this blaster?

Barrel... Well the OE Upgrade barrel(160mm) is easy to get and pretty good...for the supressor look, a lot of manufacturer offer the "Silencer" Shroud for their BCAR, just shop around...personally I ain't a fan of real steel look

Rear sight got a top Screw and the Front one is screwed in from the interior of the outer Slide@@Neoheim.

Standard Worker Barrel 16mm OD x 13mm ID, and I do mention that it is 168mm. For ease of installation, I suggest you stick to 160mm or less

@@darkwhite1259 I don't... I use the pipe cutter to mark a straight line, then with a metal saw, then de-gouging and some filing on the tip to finish it smooth with a Red Scuff pad.
