This is a Great Vidso - Johnny Nevola.. I lived with a friend, Jerry Douglas for a while in Sunset. saw Boo Zoo at Slims Waikiki. These are some great musicians. Jerry tells me to get into his truck, we're going to play some music in the Slums.. which were tailor parks. I open the door to the truck and his buddy says "He's White!" These guys could Play! A blessing of my life. RIP Jerry Douglas

Clifton used to sneak me in the back door of Jays Lounge in Cankton Louisiana in the 70s.. I was under age and just wanted to dance

Hey Chad! Terrance and I believe this is still one of the best documentations of the music during one of the most pivotal times in zydeco music history! The 1980's was when the music really exploded. Terrance knows as well as any as he was part that pivotal time in the music. He continued to stay relevant always advocating for the music and helping to move it forward. Me too!

This was done around his death. He was real sick - that was why he was crying. Right after he performed at this event he passed .

They went and got him out of the nursing home in Opelousas to play at the Zydeco Festival in Plaissance and that was his last time playing he was very sick but he wanted to play 😢 God Bless His Soul
