Oh man, I was so excited when I first discovered Zyzz at the end of july/beginning August 2021. I quit my infinite comfort zone and finally signed up for a gym. I worked my ass off for 4 months till christmas. I couldn't see any big results on my body but I was able to lift more. Then, at new year's eve I was infected by corona and had to stay home for 4 weeks. Right after that, my shoulder/arm injury became worse and worse that I couldn't even work on my PC for 15min without pain which forced me to stay additional 4 weeks at home. After 2 months I finally hit the gym again and I painfully realised that I lost all my hard worked gains. Now I can finally understand why people have deep respect for people who are muscular. Getting your ass up after a big defeat but also lifting in a healthy way which prevents you from injuries also got my respect because it requires patience... since I used to be the type of guy who was "ego lifting" and damaging his body
