This shit makes me sprint like crazy on the treadmill for 15 minutes even though at my level it is reccomended to do 5-10 minutes of light cardio for warmup
And that is not a good thing lol, sprinting for 15 minutes on the treadmil will just make your lifting session way worse by consuming glycogen stored in your muscles.
