I remember I played this song for my dad when I was 18 he was on drugs I didn’t know how to help him I just told him listen to this I gave him my head phones and we sat in the basement while he listened to this song that was my last time seeing him he died a few years later after being released from prison ..but I kno he listened to this song when I put it on for him
2024 and I find myself still coming to this song when I’m grieving or needing guidance. My cousin/music manager lost one of his best friends today to a motorcycle accident. I sent him this song this morning. Life is short. We take so much for granted when our next 10 seconds isn’t promised. I’ve dealt with addiction, abuse, and depression most of my life. I remember nights I thought “theres no way I’m waking up tomorrow with how much drugs and alcohol I consumed today” God woke me up for a reason. If you’re still here it’s for a reason, same with if you’re gone. RIP all of our people who didn’t get to see this morning. Be well everyone and take care of your hearts🖤
Here just thinking about how the Lord has just blessed me again after pleading and praying and being down for so many months trying to figure out a plan. Prayer works, please be patient because it took a while for me to get together but right on time. I’m truly blessed!
D passed away July 21,2023. My sister. 27 years of life. Not enough. I can’t believe she didn’t make out. She always played this song for she knew grief after waking up next her boyfriend who had passed away overnight. 😞 she was never the same and now I’m not ever going to be the same. Now I play this song actually understanding the lyrics. 😞

First heard this song in college. Me and the boys use to play it everywhere. Recently been listening to it every few weeks. 29 now and working my ass off at best job I’ve had. Going through health issues and truly understand the impact this song has
@@wyatt3539 ok hold on views is worse than IYRTITL but calling it a watered down version is weird cuz they’re pretty different projects since views is focused more on vocals/singing and IYRTITL emphasizes rapping much more and probably the most out of his whole catalog
