J.Cole, A$AP Rocky and Kendrick have been looking bummy as hell lately. That means their albums are going to be fire foreal! Spending all that time in the studio.
Oh okay but when Gambino did that shit everyone wanna get on him SMH. Why tf does this performance and the Drake vs. Wanye tour feel so familiar? That's the problem with the Hip-Hop industry these days. Hardly anyone is original and the niggas who are actually killing never get credit from the people that rip them off. -.-
I would feel weird dancing to Kendrick Lamar's music, for me it is more like he is sending a message through his music. He definitely knows how to work a crowd though
What I love about kendrick is that he pushes us out of our comfort zones when it come to lyrics and the beat he introduces his real fans into listening to different kinds of beats and lyrics all hail KING KENDRICK!!!!
I was there on kendricks left side all the way in the front, almost touching the bar and the energy at his set was crazy. Chanting King Kendrick the whole time in his city closing a big ass festival in downtown. It was so sick to watch him just looking at the crowd in awe.
Joel Acosta He was born on a military base in germany, like a bunch of military brats from fayetteville NC.But he is american, its not like he lived there.
No trust me the crowd was bad ass! If you would've been there you would've understood! The place where it was at wasn't to big! There was about 50,000 people all crowded In a park that isn't that big! Trust me you couldn't even move your shoulders without hitting someone next to you! It was worse when kanye performed the following day!
Damn this is sad. So called "rap fans" or more specifically "Kendrick fans" complaining about a White/Asian crowd. Does "Fuck Your Ethnicity" ring a bell. As for fashion complaints this just proves how real Kendrick is. He's not worried about staying up on what is fashionable, he's probable working on what ever new shit he has in store.
Kendrick is awesome and love his albums. I wish he would rap with his different tones and moods like on the albums. He basically shouts in mono tone live. I know its live and he's amped up, but love the diversity of his voice. He definitely puts on a show!
On bitch don't kill my vibe he was doing the wrong verse on the second one an d in the middle of it you can see him counting the bars in his head and did the rest of the right verse. That takes skill
Amazing concert and the band was fantastic! True hip hop entertainment! ! Don't change a thing!!!! The band and rapper perfect combo! My favorite song was collard greens!!
Kendrick was cracking up Everytime School Boy Q would really start dancing 😂. You can tell that's his real homeboy, and something they will laugh at together later.
If its between j Cole and Kendrick... Kendrick has the crown right now. And I'm from the east... This guy is the biggest thing in hip hop in a decade....
Watching this almost 10 years later, I still wish I would’ve used my FAFSA money to buy a ticket. They never did MIA in LA again. Or any festival for that matter.
classic artist but he needs to drop one more classic album then he is set in stone as one of the greatest to ever drop a line because j cole is on the same route
king kendrick, tan bonita personalidad, tan sencillo, tan pegado a sus fans, es una lastima que conosco a pocas personas que les guste, ni modo, lo amo a solas jaja
John Stramiello I appreciate the fact that people know who Flying Lotus, and Thundercat. I didn't even know initially that he worked with them, but when I listened to the album there was no doubt that he did. All three of them are incredible artists.
