This was a Dope scene the guy who actually said 2255 ehich is a federal case that a comvict is back in his state for a re-hearing but he actually was there for a 2255 a real life, he agreed to play that character, The Wire hands dowm was written perfect and the metaphors they alwyas had on each episode if yall like rewatch it yall will catch them.
