Thanks! And we call them Trana, wonderful birds, means spring when they come for breeding and grow up their young cranes. As well it means wintertime is coming when they leave is in the north. Happy Trails my friend.
Hallo Mattias. Hvis du skulle velge mellom Garmin Sumo XT2 eller Carpuride W702 og din telefon selvfølgelig. Hvem hadde du valgt. Så må jeg si Mattias du lager fine videoer. Keep up the good work. Hilsen Jarle Aker👍😊
Thanks for being so detailed--the fact that the red lamp can be *dimmed* to your liking is a detail I couldn't find anywhere else, and it's one I'm sold on, since I love to read in bed by red light in order to avoid disrupting my circadian rhythm, and I try to read with just as much light as I need to see clearly and no more than that. Also, your dog is just *the goodest* dog ever, I can just tell, so please give them lots of pets on my behalf 😭😭😭
Thanks Freddy, I have had this head lamp for years now and still going strong. Good investment. Unfortunately my beloved dog Konrad passed away, my friend and everyday routines changed. Later, a German Shorthaired Pointer entered my life and is now my dog. Ezza does great as my best friend as well. Happy Trails!
Tackar, jag tror att jag uppstträckan tillgängligt offentligt på Stegra. Rundstträckan på plats i Dalarna var en mix av Stegrarutt och eget ur Ari's huvud.
I’ve got last year’s predecessor to this device, and find it very user friendly and practical for controlling Spotify playlists and seeing who calls my cell etc. My main gripe with this device is the added cellphone battery drain, which prevents my iPhone from working full riding days on my multi day rides. Reason: It employs both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. I therefore always keep a power bank ready to top the cellular up on long riding days. Just my two cents tip ;-)
I normally don't comment often, but I loved your video. Your English is excellent, though not as good as that guy in Ghost. I wish I could give you two thumbs up. I subscribed as well. Your video was thorough and very interesting, as well as informative. I hope to enjoy your other videos as well. The background of your video was beautiful. I hope in some of your videos you show the environment for a few seconds as well. Thank you! I feel like watching this video again.
Indeed, it just suddenly feels a bit better. It's more like a friend than just a tool. But the Mora Kansbol is hard to beat for multi tasking, less premium in the looks but still makes the camp!
Haha, no not from this ride! ...but from other rides, especially earlier this year 😂✊🏻✊🏻. Now the vacation period is over and there will be more ADV ☝️😁. Happy Trails!
Hi, no never really been into that. I have the Trangia X2 multifuel burner for the occations where would need the multifuel capacity or just because. But it is a cool idea! 🤌🔥
super cool you are a great guy. I am French and you spoke softly so I could understand you. you are the only one who explains without big equipment. super you are a very cool guy… Thanks
It is in the hands of the beholder ☝️😁, It has served well for some years now 💪🤠🔥 It's definitely my to go knife, always in the surrounding. I really like the Kansbol as well for multi tasking, never fail me either. A medium sized Victorinox is handy as h*ll as well, always somewhere close. 😁 I have a stash of knives and some is more used than others for a reason. Whats your favourite? Bet it is a Mora ☝️😁
@@Braapncamp Yes I’m a typical mora person. I prefer the stainless one for a lot of reason even though I like carbon steel better for a “bush kraft” use. Then you can make fire with your knife and a piece of quarts. My go to knife is a victorinox, as you might guess from the video on instagram 😅 and I also use to bring an eldris. I’m not directly a knife person , more a torniquete person if you see what I mean. 😊
@@Braapncamp That’s true, and without the knife you don’t need the tourniquet 😅 The small knife and a good axe is the best combination especially if you add a good pair of scissors as well. A slightly bigger than the eldris is a more versatile choice but the eldris is mostly big enough. I got it as a gift from a customer. I should probably not bought it, the companion is my preferred mora knife. 🤔
Oh, thanks. Happy to have given you some time spending. The feedback is much appreciated. Makes it easier to get going again. Habe alot of video material that's just laying around... Happy Trails and hope the bike is running again 🙌
I own my t7 extreme for few month now and i absolutely love it. I’ve become a lot better on this bike with my off road skills, the cp2 is so smooth and has a perfect behavior on the trails ! I would only love to have maybe 10-12hp more for the road use . Maybe this is because i went from 160hp to 74hp 😂 I can only say my step father is a former cross and trial rider and he can’t keep up my pace when i hit the throttle with his norden 901 expedition although it is a more powerfull bike (on technical offroad tracks ofc) 😁
A very forgiving bike, totally agree on that. So much better suspension than the standard T7, makes it alot better to ride. The Hp was OK on gravel and in the woods. Jumping on my 890R after the testride makes You smile at the Hp, fun in the twisties for sure! For a ADV travel bike, this bike does good as is though. Congrats to a nice bike and happy trails out there!
@@Braapncamp yea I tried the 890r and was close to buy it, really good bike ! The only thing I didn’t like was the wood hard seat 😂 Did you change yours ? Also at this time i heard they had some issues with the tft screen and the leaking gearbox
As an alternative There is beeline. You can download a gpx route to it and use The compass mode to get an arrow That points to next waypoint. I havet it and it works Great. Tried on The tet and NO problem
I'm really curious on that one. I have a dealer 70Km away. From all i can see it's looks like a great package. I will try to get a test run. Thanks for the reminder! 😁👍
Thanks for posting this comparison. After watching the video and reading some of the comments, I think that the ultralight might fit my needs more for summer camping in the southeastern U.S. It has been consistently 35C at least and dry for much of the summer (unusual for our area), and airflow of any kind makes a difference. I have been scouting sections of the creek that I want to camp on for places that are shaded and cooled by the prevailing breezes from the S.W. during the day and the northern ones at night. The ultralight would make it easier to take advantage of both.
This video helped me get started -- I did have to take a different approach -- here's how I did it on a 2023 KTM 890 Adventure www.advrider.com/f/threads/routing-gps-wiring-on-2023-ktm-890-adventure.1747251/
Thanks for putting this video together -- any tips on how to remove the bottom bolt and square bushing from the TFT -- it just spins when turning the T30 bolt and I haven't found a good way to hold the square bushing stationary while turning the bolt.
Unfortunately I can't remember, but I had no problem with loosening the TFT . I remember that square part though. Maybe I could hold it while wrenching. Hope you get to it. The hard part was to thread the wires thru all the way inside.
Possibly the best of the mini cook sets that you can actually cook a meal with. Add a Vargo folding mini windscreen (it fits in cook set between arms of pot grabber) Thank you for sharing 👍
Goodmorning! It is the Mosko Moto Basilisk pants. These are without impact protections, so I use. Separate knee protectors. Right in thus moment Mosko have released these pants with impact protection i preferred. I really like these pants, they stand any weather.
Thank you very much for sharing the Stegra code Mattias! Immediately subscribed to the 6-months version as the trial period had ended, and the software has proven to be amazing here in the Netherlands. Disclaimer, only curved road option used so far, off-road will follow soon!
Thanks for the feedback my friend. I'm really happy that You used the discount. There are only a few available spots on this discount. (It's a really great opportunity and unique discount offered). Happy Trails out there!
Have You contacted Thork to see if the have plans to make DMD2 compatible in future? I hade a chat with my friends at Stegra.io and they are looking at it at least. I knew that this would not work right now and I never thought that a device like this is for "hardcore ADV/roadbook" etc. But it works for some that occasionally ride TET or do own TET like gpx routes in Stegra and run on Gaia, and rest of the time navigates with Google maps on more travel like situations. I know for sure what I need 👀😁, but it is fun to test stuff.
Haha, it's for sure a tricky caravan to trail! It is built as a movable cabin. Wintertime at skiresorts and summertime at the costal beach resorts. The interiör is actually really cool and have a sauna as well.
Always fun to test stuff 😁, for those who are into using their phone or a second phone as navigator or media device, this is a nice and probably better set up.
I have seen R80's on the 900, no problem. Some have drilled thru the rear end and installed a Mosko Gnoblin that fits to the R80/R40. Personally i would have looked for a small rear rack (Perun Moto may have one?)
