I've been making redstone farm for about a year and never put much thought into what comparator actually do. My usage was mostly "this hopper has items, yes or not". Now I know how they work.
There is an example about this questioning process about designing washing machines, for years and years they used blocks of concrete to weigh the machine down to stop it from vibrating as much, this was done for years but eventually a collage student was at the workplace of the designers and said "Why don't you just use water" They all replied calling him dumb and what not until they realised it would be more cost effective, and safer, as they could add the water after moving the machine so to avoid injuring the people moving it.
So pretty much just make an iron farm and copy it enough times to reach 1,000,000 ingots per hour. Should be possible even without a max efficiency farm, you'd just need more of them.
25:55 was the exponential formula of the curve an eye balling approximation or was there some math proof behind it ? like a differential equation or something, if there is i'd love to see it !
so im mid building it and working on the second layer but ive not seen any iron golems spawn in a while and im owndering if im doing something wrong (EDIT) nevermind i found out . if your also wondering this in like 1 minute of the minute it shows ur gonna use pistons to push up the zombies to scare the villigers
Wow wow wow this video is great. The format reminds me of my favorite professor’s teaching style. I kept learning the nitty gritty of things I’ve *heard* of but didn’t really understand, and then immediately seeing it applied.
