It has an inch and a half overlap plywood backed with a wrb between the plywood and the cedar shake. It comes penalized 8-ft sections. This is currently sitting on top of rain screen. And we are flashing between all the corners. I didn't choose the material. I'm just the installer.

Every company makes a quick coupler now. This is an old machine and wasn't plumbed for it. Definitely plan on getting a car 305 with a quick coupler

True I put 14 hours in a chair two weeks ago. It just depends on the day what was going on. But most operators average 6-10 hours max

Every sheet is off in the bundle. I have been building homes for 15 years and I've never run into this. Maybe with cabinet grade that comes an extra inch in both directions

I've never bought 50 sheets that are off by a quarter of an inch. I think I've bought 20,000 worth of plywood this year

It was 3500 pounds. After taking it 20k miles I would suggest a 1ton. Definitely helps in the mountains and winds out west
