I broke my femur one time racing and that ended my racing career. I'm in tears thinking he broke his femur 3 times because I know the pain. What a champ.
@jesterhead9 100% especially breaking your same femur only 2 races back into returning from your last broken femur. Has to be so discouraging and obviously painful. Just to return from that is incredible but to return from that only to immediately get landed on and break your back, THAT IS 🤯 I didn't have a full appreciation for exactly what Trey was going through in that moment at the time. We all knew it was bad, but now looking back, it's incredible he ever returned. I really do admire him for finding the strength and courage to even line up again after those 3 injuries.
@AndrewYarrington interesting point but he was only on the podium in his first 5 races. He went 1,2,1,2,1. Still amazing and arguably better but I still haven't found anyone else who has won their first 3 sx.
@archer_2024 funny you should mention that, we did Austin's story as well. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-zA7p0WKqwmE.htmlsi=ravsTDiWIloqdhGI
I didn't know someome could suffer 20 concussions and still be a functioning human. It's a shame he was injured so much. Being an okie it was awesome to see guys like him, Bogle, and Nichols make their mark in the sport.
@Tybren hopefully it doesn't bite him later on in life but for now Trey still seems to be super sharp. He definitely is one of the best to do it from Oklahoma and a lot of good riders came through his facilities during those years.
I recently just found this channel and love it. It's great to see riders and talents getting a mention for their on and off track stories .So many faces get lost in history (whatever sport) unless they spend years at the top of their game. Great content 🤘🏼
@@motofevermedia1 thanks for the link, it was an awesome video, keep up the good work..O by the way I grew up in Oklahoma and watched Trey from the start at local track. Great job on that video
So everybody talking about Jason’s antics got Jason in trouble for his antics. And what happened to the adult who gave underage children alcohol at a pit bike race? Did that person lose his job? It sounds like Jason had a lot of help at ruining his career.
A3 and 84 Supercross and outdoor motocross Road with a torn ACL and meniscus the strength of your knee with a lot of therapy take over for that torn ACL and meniscus pure athletes
He is remembered for being a talented guy who squandered a potentially glorious career by partying it all a way. Had he had a work ethic like Villapota or Dungey, he could have been in the record books for being one of the best instead of an exampole of what not to do.
Promoters are raking in tens of millions of dollars and scraping dirt out of a hole rather than getting good dirt not caring about the safety of the riders God forbid Davy Coombs has to skip a fancy bottle of champagne Let them eat cake Davey RIP SMX Shit tracks to line your pockets while these kids suffer injuries Disgusting
It definitely wasn’t smart on the teams behalf having him out on the track. I don’t believe the team was concerned about making it worse and keeping from healing up for 2025. He’s way too young to destroy his future.
The younger you are the stronger your body is to recover from a surgery like that. I hate to be the one who says they should have got it done when he first got injured and just waited until it's ready.
