Hello everyone! It's been a while since my last upload. This short video shows my newest sourdough starter I started just 3 days ago. I used the formula from a book called; Baking For Beginners by, Bonnie Ohara. It's 50 gm all purpose (unbleached) flour, 50 gm whole wheat flour, and 100 gm filtered water. I've never had any starter that was this active this fast! It has been doubling in volume from day 1 which blows me away! Her name is Bubbles! :-D What recipes or bread creations have you mastered during quarantine? Let me know in the comments below! :-)
