I have an Altiq kit coming for my new Everest. A tip you may want to consider, I put the car in the shed on a level concrete floor then use use a spirit level to setup the spotties. works for me every time.
I just got a white Ranger Raptor here in the states. Good to see a fellow owner. I’m thinking of buying some new wheels and it’s nice to see your video for an idea on the offsets.
@HappyGoTravel Would be great if you can share more technical details in your videos, like where did you get your GND, the ID/OD of the hose you used for relocating the air filters, where did you take the GND for the switch, etc
Great video mate, definitely helped me figure out my dual battery setup. Was a little confused with all the wiring initially, I decided to go with a redarc dcdc charger instead of the itech one, though, wondering why there is so many negative outputs on the itech one, did you just join them all together and earth them?
Thanks mate. Power from the car to the charger has + & -, that one is earthed to the car. From the charger to the second battery + & - to the terminals. The solar input just lives under the seat + & - on an Anderson plug. Then its just one 6bns + wire to the power panel in the tub to the busbar fuse block to power all the outlets and i made a negative busbar for all of them as well so i only needed 1 negative wire back to the car.
May I ask whether you can open this soft tonneau by sides when your tailgate is closed and the left/right latches of this soft tonneau are engaged? During a heavy rain, is this product sealed enough to prevent water/rain from accessing into the tub?
Mate I have a hilarious story from currawong campground. A mate of mine brought his Mazda 3 camping with us. We decided to go to currawong. Sent the ,Aida through. 3 hours later it was through. Beautiful place up there.
I'm ordering mine in early 2025. I don't plan on going bigger than 33s tho. This truck is advertised at 33" but it's really 32.7". Personally, I think 33s, true 33s, would look perfect.
I'm thing on 35s, using 2.5" spacers in the front and 1" in the back. Also looking for some goods rins with deadlock, regarding this, what offset do you recommend to have in order to fit 35s? Any beadlock rins to recomend?
I bought the same radio on 16.6.24 for $249 from Auto Barn. It is good quality. I agree with this video that the mic talk button does not have the on/off feel. I end up smashing my thumb into it (same as this review). It needs some getting used to.
I had this LED Bar under its old name Supernova, which is actually the same Chinese rebranded light, and I wasn't impressed at all. I confirmed the poor performance in these videos too. Yeah, it's inexpensive for its size so you can't expect much. The light emitted by my single row 10" Baja Designs OnX6 bar is much more powerful despite being very small, yet it still costs twice as much
Hi mate, I have one fitted on my new Amarok, but it leaks in both the front corners. What would be the best way to seal it or does it need to come off to seal it.
Hey Caleb, did you install those black round cup / pillar protector things that sit at the top of the air and protect the air line going in to the bag? How did you install them? Did you tuck them inside the kevlar bag or did you shove them up into the hole in the car? Mine fall straight back down if i try to push them up into the car..
Great video, I have the "Code Orange" Raptor in Thailand. Looks she much better without the stickers. Next month the bumper and plate will be paint black by professional. Thanks 👍🏻👍🏻
Considering on-tap had a patent on their product; the labour time and material cost for you copying their product would have been more than just buying their product. Also, they come up on market place 2nd for less than $100.
