Prices in Amaravathi have not doubled, that message is little misleading. People are struggling to sell their properties over there . Definitely investors will shift to Amaravathi, this is good for the ecosystem. Otherwise Hyderabad is overloaded with investors from two states and that has caused inflated prices in the market. It’s high time people should start making money independent of location. Do not stick to IT jobs and buy flats and plots at inflated prices from cities, instead live in tier2 cities and live a happy life

In Amaravati, in most of the places, the residential plots prices are around 20 - 25 k / sq yard.

It has taken 30 years for the Hyderabad to develop Hitech City and current infrastructure . Whereas in Amaravati you have to start from “0”, so you have wait for at least 20 years to expect good returns for your investments.

Plots are biggest bubble.There will be no development likely to happen on the west side of hyderabad. Govt might impose more restrictions for new projects. Dont touch any plot for next 1-2 years around Hyd 👍👍

Amaravati will take decades, hard to get investments there. Big guys will exit and small guys will be scammed . No impact on Hyderabad in long run. Kokapet is booming !!

I don't think amaravati, will be a big break, it's the global economy more... All real estate consultants like Naveen garu, will talk about employment projection for investment... What is the current employment projection for amaravati, Hyderabad has 39lakhs employees in Software industry directly or indirectly... Hyderabad has Pharma, manufacturing, life sciences, colleges, aerospace and numerous industries... And lot of companies in loophole like Foxconn,electric bus manufacturing units, neopolis to complete, once completed they will generate good employment.... So don't be in dreams, just some time until Hyderabad picks up again 😂😂😂😂

Overhyped Sadashivpet, Mokila and Shankarpally which are 30 mins away from ORR will collapse atleast 30%-40%

Andhra is not like Telangana. No one will shift to Amaravati except the ones who wants or tied to that area due to job or business, and people around Guntur and Vijayawada. Andhra has people from different cultures and also the weather of Amaravati area is not as pleasant like Hyderabad and Bengaluru. So just because builders go and build apartments people will not shift there.people prefer to stay close to their hometowns or somewhere where everything is better

🤣🤣 what is there in hyderabad..no water, dry climate. Amaravati has krishna river to fullfill lifetime water problems.. Just image if amaravati gets one more hitech city. And dont forget that companies will always focus on new cities to invest.

Bro, I have a lot of love for Hyderabad because of the opportunities in its IT industry. I don't want to compare Andhra with anything else, but to clarify, Andhra Pradesh boasts the best sea corridor (972 km), an excellent transport system (8 airports, 15 sea ports), outstanding tourism destinations (Tirupati, Vizag, and more), prime agricultural lands, four economic corridors (Tirupati, Amaravati, Kakinada, Vizag), top-notch educational institutions (IITs, IIMs, and deemed universities), and better power infrastructure than Telangana (one union ministry and two state ministries). Don't you think this is enough to attract many companies? In the YSRCP, Jagan sir has focused on welfare, and now everyone is aware of CBN's decision on the capital.
