V6 engines, inline twin turbo or not,do not belong in trucks or jeeps period. Stellantis is fucking everything up. They need to sell to a person who is a genuine die hard mopar lover so they can fix the problems Stellantis created with their piss poor corporate employees messing up everything. They were made an offer already, they should accept it and move on. They're not doing anything but killing a great brand of vehicles that people have loved for years.
I really liked this truck on paper. Motor and tranny are rock solid. Even liked the looks on the outside and inside. Test drove one and it was just not the trick for me. Steering is heavy, felt like driving a big box, felt like a/c was not pushing enough air even on high setting and the typical Nissan interior. It’s a rock solid truck but just needs some refinements on the inside. I’m sure they will go 300,000 miles easy with proper maintenance and care. 👍🏻👍🏻
So much of the noise is those tires. The GY territory MTs are notorious. Throw on some BFGs or Toyos or something and you're golden. They're arguably better offroad anyway.
2025 twin turbos overheating from faulty thermostats, long wait times for parts.........no actual oil dipstick.......... maybe lease one but def dont buy one
Have you met the early 2000's Tahoe? Same dimensions with a 3rd row installed. You can fit decent size tool kit, floor jack, and 2-4 jack stands in that small lip. You can fit 8-10 bags of groceries in there as well. I would also offroad a NA V8 Sequoia.
You’re not understanding what it’s designed to do. It’s not designed to be packed with gear. Or go off roading. It’s designed to be driven to the mall and back by single women in the suburbs.
Not gonna lie looks nice. People would probably get a suburban if they needed stuff and a the 3rd row. A ton of cars throw in a 3rd row in and you can’t put any stuff in the back or fit an adult in the seats. The back row of the sequoia is actually pretty spacious. Looks like it has a nicer blend of the two.
I've had a 23 model for almost a year. Hated the styling when I saw it online. Liked it in person at the dealership. Drove it, loved it, bought it. Sales have been dwindling lately... I think if subaru had given it 300 hp and made it genuinely good-looking instead of polarizing, they wouldn't be able to keep them in stock. I really don't get it. Too bad because it is a fantastic car, especially in snow country. Every time I get in it, I have fun.
I just purchased a 2024 Ram Ltd Night Edition. It does come standard with the sun roof but doesn't have the split tail gate. Right Hand Drive. New Zealand. I thought about waiting for the Hurricane HO but felt that the last of the V8's might have better resale down the track.
It's a bummer that the Woodland doesn't have the digital rearview mirror. The screen down will block it. I ordered a Woodland, but it doesn't have the entertainment package. Thanks for the great review!
@@jasonbellcars and what type of charger 🤔 and was it functioning and did you know that the car is fastest from 10-80 on a 350+ charger? You can also manually precondition the battery to get it ready for a better charging experience if the conditions are not great.
A inline 6 is a all around better design than most other engine designs , less vibration, more torque and twin turbo guarantees big torque and horse power . Ford has been using twin turbo setup for awhile with success , everyone loves the V 8 but the straight can be a great motor, time will tell.
