I can claim that I assassinated former American president John F Kennedy in 1963 but I was born after the 1980s so my claim would be false. Confessions alone are not enough to prove that an individual is guilty of murder, physical evidence and testimonies from witnesses are also needed to corroborate the claims of confessions regarding a murder in court to prevent innocent people from going to prison. If the claims that were made by Keefe D in his Proffer agreement to former Los Angeles Police officer Greg Kading are NOT sufficient enough to subpoena Sean Puffy Combs also known as P Diddy to attend court for allegedly soliciting the murder of Tupac Shakur then the Proffer agreement is honestly worthless as evidence in court. Greg Kading already admitted that the claims in the Proffer agreement from Keefe D are NOT enough to subpoena Sean Puffy Combs also known as P Diddy to attend court and convict Sean Puffy Combs also known as P Diddy for allegedly soliciting the murder of Tupac Shakur. Remember that Greg Kading claimed that Keefe D said that Sean Puffy Combs also known as P Diddy solicited the murder of both Suge Knight and Tupac Shakur for 1 million United states dollars, but Keefe D did NOT receive the money instead a former hustler that is now deceased called ZIP took the money and purchased a night club. There is no evidence to honestly convict Keefe D of the murder of Tupac Shakur on the 7th of September 1996. The only way to honestly convict Keene D of Tupac’s murder in 1996 is if the only surviving witness Suge Knight takes the stand and chooses to testify against Keefe D. Suge Knight is currently in prison serving a life sentence and does NOT want to get accused of snitching on anybody because in prison a confirmed snitch can be killed on site. There is no real evidence to convict Keefe D of Tupac Shakur’s murder because Keefe D can easily claim that his confession is false and is for entertainment purposes and is motivated by financial gain. Gene, back in the day I hadn’t listened to rap. UNTIL my ex husband blasted PAC and Biggie constantly. Staring at myself through the rear view and Tupac was wild to me. Not until Katt Williams stated Diddy was going down did it click in me to listen. I wasn’t into comedy either…. Yeah boring girl over hear, I know. Anyway, as Katt was speaking, he’d said a few words that made me realize, he’s communicating with Farrakhan. I was a staunch follower of Malachi Z York (Dwight York leader of the Nuwaubian Nation, during my stint he was Imaam Issa of the AnsaaruAllah community - Bushwick Avenue). And knew to well how to observe what is not being said. Diddy, Jay Z, Nas and many, followed York, now serving life. Everything YORK did, these newbies meaning Diddy, Jay Z (and countless others) are catching cases for the same thing. York, was into music, Dwight York and created his following from such.
