Omg Bethany!! You’ve just proved how it’s people like you that are part of the problem. Exercise makes you hungrier because it’s speeding up your metabolism. If you fuel your body with the wrong balance of foods it needs to repair then it’s no wonder that you put on weight. Being strong and healthy is beautiful, not skinny and weak.
Both make millions doing what they’re doing, I agree with both I can see both sides I love Tracy and Bethany I’ve read naturally slim and it’s the best non diet book there is!

Her workouts when you sign up are very different than that fifteen minute one. I love her stuff but it’s too expensive for online; she offers $14 digital workouts as well. The genetic comment needs to be read in context. What she is saying is if you think you were born overweight or too thin, you can improve. I agree it’s expensive but this is like knocking expensive purses. They are not for everyone. As far as certifications.. many trainers only have a weekend certification. I think she’s giving a dance workout and she’s experienced in that. All that said, I can’t get past the zero instruction and zero cues. Hard pass! I’m with you there! 😅
I think Bethenny just doesn’t get it - and I don’t get why she’s so against something that benefits not only your body but mental health…. Which might explain her miserable attitude against working out
Bethany was claws out from the start!! So aggressive and bent on proving a point than listening to TA. No class, no grace. Poor gift put on the floor. Bethany is unattractive in so many ways.

⚠️ These body movements are derived from many different ethnic and religious cultures. Tracey has no acknowledged certifications in orthopedics or dance physiology expertise. The randomly choreographed sequences are very dangerous combinations that can injure your muscles and ligaments permanently.
WRONG. This tiny goddess knows what she's doing and is well educated. If you're someone who exercises and is somewhat proprioceptive, her method is a godsend and delivers real results. the proof is in my body and all the women who are dedicated to TAM
Love both these women. But B needs to find what is fun for her. Like her business would NEVER make it if she showed up once a week to the office. There are times I do not want to do my TA cardio, so on those days I use my trampoline or roller skate, both fun. Find what works for you and add...always be adding.
This host is like a spoiled little girl who was allowed to talk over everyone and be rude and still has not grown out of it; always wanting to be right and the center of attention. Most unpleasant.
I don't disagree with Bethenny or Tracy. I don't want to work out 6 days a week either. It's definitely preference on whether you'd rather eat more freely or have to work out more intensely to stay thin. However, exercise is definitely amazing for mental health and her workouts are fun!

I use the Tracy Anderson method as a therapy for my rheumatoid arthrosis. I am 42 years old. Thanks to Tracy, not only do I look good, it's just a side effect, but I walk, dance, and function normally. my inner muscles are so strong that they keep the entire bone structure in regime. Kinesiotherapists do not believe. thank you Tracy !
I can't workout 6 days. It leads to burn out when your in the change of life. I say do what you can but to insist 5-6 days is not realistic for some people.
The host is so stupid. Like yeah. Ask any doctor… u need to workout Because cardio is good for ur heart, and training ur muscles to prevent disease as u age.
You have to work out all the time. I agree. Most issues we encounter can be solved by working out. Its not just about losing fat. It is mental, spiritual, as much physical. People think they have to exhaust themselves of spend hours. False, Unless you are bodybuilding or competing. you should feel refreshed after a workout. And make sure you are eating to sustain. You will be grateful you do as you get older! X)
