California state route 14 ends at interstate 5 in Santa Clarita but was California state route 14 ever intended to continue south of the interstate 5/ California state route 14 interchange through Granada Hills, and north ridge before intersecting US route 101 in Encino. Wasn’t California state route 14 also planned to cross over the Santa Monica mountains ending at pacific coast highway near pacific palisades.
As a proud Westie, I was kind of bummed out when they changed the SH16 West designation to North. Seeing that WEST over the 16 shield, you knew you were heading home 🙂
Interstate 710 gets heavy traffic between the port of Long Beach and Valley Blvd in Alhambra and while truck traffic can be heavy on interstate 710 I like there not being a second freeway between interstate 710 and 110. California state route 47 was intended to relive truck traffic but I’m glad that California state route 47 never got extended north of Long Beach because air pollution’s been so high and having another freeway would displace houses and businesses. California state route 47 doesn’t need to be extended to downtown Los Angeles like originally planned.
Could, anyone, please please, please let me know who sang this divine song and if I can buy it on CD? I really can't stop listening to it. Some time ago I got the name of the singer but I lost it. I think the author is Latino and the singer is a woman whose name begins with a "k". Thanks in avance for any help!❤😂
Interstate 15 needs to be widen to a six lane freeway between Primm Nevada and Barstow California since the current four lane freeway gets congested on holiday weekends. The section between Primm and Barstow also needs a center median to separate traffic but I would not advise using California state route 127 to avoid traffic on interstate 15.
Why does California state route 71 end at California state route 91 in Corona rather than extending south. I would of liked California state route 71 to continue pass state route 91 into Corona and I can see a logical path for state route 71 having there be a flyover ramp connecting the southeast 71 to eastbound 91 and a flyover ramp connecting the northwest 71 to westbound 91 similar to the 91 and 5 interchange in Anaheim.
I've visited Auckland last December and drove through this tunnel. Apart from the lack of striped lines and signage of "no-lane-change", it's just as awesome in real as it is in this video. Well made.
California state route 71 is a weird freeway since there were once traffic signal lights between mission Blvd and rio rancho road in Pomona. I would of liked California state route 71 to continue south of state route 91. The only logical path I see would be for the 71 and 91 to have a wide interchange like the 91/5 freeway interchange in Anaheim. Have the 71 southbound split west from the northbound side to pass under route 91 and than for the southbound and northbound to reconnect continuing the 71 southeast like how interstate 5 continues southeast through Anaheim.
