ONLY thing that could of been done better was after you got it set per the view of what you could hit with the laser would for you to reach in there & rotate that engine clutch sprocket to see if you were maintaining the alignment 360
The new cylinder won't go all the way in. It's the correct part per VIN. How do I get it to go all the way in. In your video, the new one went right in. I have the key in the correct position. Old one goes back in fine.
I have an 89 econoline and I’m trying to replace this too but I don’t have the old keys.. is it possible to get out my just pushing the pin or do you need to turn the key as well?
How did it all turn out with the edelbrock surge tank and the sniper? I'm thinking about the same setup for my pickup with dual tanks. Would be so easy if this worked good!
So just saying it would have been nice to see the new ignition actually work that way for us first-timers out here we know that that was all there was to it and you just got to turn it over and start the vehicle after that very poor video
I can't seem to find the Patriots Supply what is the nozzle actually called that you using because I can't find it anywhere I like to see if I can build one of these
Hmmm that’s good to hear. I only went up to book of 55.8. I was only getting 2750fps. I chickened out and decided to switch to Magpro. What was your final load with 4831?
@@lndnjiv don't yea just hate it when people post to comment, you ask a question, and they just don't care to answer.. but I have one, I needed to move mine further away from the engine as it kept dropping pressure from heat, after 5 miles.. iI yet had it out to test it if the move cured the issue, my thought is, edelbrock uses some cheap pump, perhaps installing a better pump will be my next step, if the pressure still drops, I heard a lot of people having this issue and just chucking the sump pump.
Is this still working well for you? Will it fit a 420 chain sprocket??? I used a Go Power sports adjustable engine base, it has slots for front to back & side to side LOL , I mounted a Predator horizontal shaft to the back of a Snapper Rear Engine Rider lawnmower to make a semi cart and after the 2nd time of throwing the chain off I figured I had better stop, and I'm new to cutting chains cause I don't want to cut off too short, I may need to take another link out
The Sniper should fit just about any sprocket. The wire that holds it on can be bent out a bit if needed. I am not familiar with 420 sized chains but I think you will be fine with it. Id say go one link at a time. If you have a chain breaker its not hard to re-install a link if you need to.
Very nice from start to finish presentation. Thanks for the vid. Laid out like you did, it is really a simplistic jack to make. Whatever size you need it.
If he oil is able to be circulated inside a coil inside the burner before being reaching he nozzle it will atomize and burn more efficiently. Great work, if a bit scary!
Hey Russell! It’s been several years but I want to say we cut 3.5” off. It was a chore seaming the roof back up. The pillars weren’t too bad but the roof was a chore. I honestly thought it would have been the other way around.
Hey there my friend, what size is the main tube or exhaust pipe, that you use for this project . It looks to me , like a 4 inch exhaust pipe?? Be waiting for your response since I have all the rest of the parts... Thanks
very useful for us because after seeing this video we have added knowledge, thank you www.jualboileridm.com/2019/04/03/jual-burner-riello-di-nndonesia/
I originally wanted to make it to heat my shop. But it wasn't really reliable enough. I went with a wood burning stove instead. But hey it was fun and I learned a lot.
If in dirt you are much more stable using a 1/4" x 1 x 3 channel. It will dig into the dirt and not slip anywhere near as much form a side load in a 'loose hollow pipe' Should be sleeved inside with less gap. Watch more disaster failures videos before living real stuff.
