Of course you can use taxi by just waving hands. food in Osaka really is something else, one of my favorit Tantamen spots is 屋台担担麺たぶっちゃん and found a really good spicy ramen shop between dotonbori and Namba last year which i really hope i can find again, the meat they served was beyond good, and broth was crazy good. 屋台担担麺たぶっちゃん is a really good Tantamen spot, looks pretty shady but for the 800yen ? ish i paid for the tantamen i was happy as a camper. I do try to visit new places everytime i go to Osaka, my problem now is im starting to get so many spots i love and wanna visit again.

Thank you for the comment. I think JR line from Inari station to Kyoto station, and then transfer to Kyoto metro to Shijo station is the best way. It’s not too complicated.
