I havent not been able to find any condos for less than $800. I really want to know where all these cheap condos are. I was like are people telling the truth?
There are so many options in Bangkok that you can rent a condo for 300 dollars or less , its going to depend on the details of the building , like how old its it , what amenities it has , is it convenient to public transport, the area and the square footage ....
This may sound like a dumb question however are the property or condo values going up for those buying condos. Are people making money on resales of the condos?

280 a month in that area is a good deal, anyone looking for that area try the Whizdom condos, there are three different ones and it is across from True digital park also It is very quiet.
