Hi! I'm Anthony. I'm here to share my personal experiences on the carnivore diet and all the comprehensive medical/blood test results that accompany it. Prepare to be amazed!
Got rid of my chronic neck ache of 12yrs after just 3 weeks or so into Carnivore. Nothing else has ever helped, n I've tried it all, yes, also eating even more vegs, but nothing ever helped. Also what baffled me every time I went into the "more vegs road" was the fact it always worsened my neck ache, leading to migraines. EVERY TIME. I always said to my wife "why do I get worse when going for vegs?!?" and now I know.... Thx for a great video. 🎉
I don't live in the US so I am not disgusted by liver and sardines, I grew up eating them and I love them. The more videos I see from the US the more I think that the problem is that Americans grew up with too much processed food coming from the supermarket
A better indication of CVD risk is the triglyceride:HDL ratio. A ratio of 2 or below is ideal. 3 is not too bad. Your latest results show a ratio of 2.15, whereas it had previously been 6.90, so you are definitely headed in the right direction! We need to do our own research and weigh it up against what the doctors tell us. Mine keeps nagging me to take a statin, but I refuse every time. My TG:HDL ratio is 0.6 currently, but I think it will climb closer to 2 when I start carnivore (from keto) in a couple of weeks, due to eating more fat, so my TG will increase.
I’m on day three of carnivore. I do bodybuilding and just finished a bulk that wasn’t on carnivore. I was eating close to 5000 calories without much trouble but on day three of carnivore where I would normally be hungry and ready for dinner I’m not hungry at all and I’m struggling to get it down. Maybe I’ll move my meals and try two late evening meals
I was told I have fatty liver 3 years ago now had CT because stomach always bloated it say lesions masses guess same wording I am doing carnivore with peanut butter watermelon and zero sugar activia
I used to feel out of breath going up the stairs and my knees hurt. 1 week carnivore and I'm climbing stairs effortlessly. I'm just not that hungry and usually struggle to finish a steak. Not sure how much to eat everyday.
I became carnivore when my feet turned blue in June 2023. So, I self cured my T2D, bloody acid reflux and arthritis in my feet. No more diahreah or constipation either. I am 80 and carnivore for life.
If you look at the research article "Total cholesterol and all-cause mortality by sex and age: a prospective cohort study among 12.8 million adults" There are plotted U shaped curves for TC based on age and sex. Although it only goes to 300 it would appear that your TC has a hazard ratio of 1.4 which also compares to a TC of 160, which your doctor would be excited about being so low. I'm an MD and would NEVER prescribe a statin unless you had familial hypercholesterolemia which is genetic. Repatha has not shown any benefits. It gets LDL to as low as 30. Studies have not been good. It looks as if the numbers are trending in the right direction. It might be helpful to get a particle count on the LDL, as there is both good and bad LDL. Stick with it. I have been carnivore for a year and my numbers are right where they should be and my LFTs are finally normal. Best numbers I have ever had in my life. And there are lean mass hyper responders with high TC, LDL, HDL and low triglycerides. Your numbers are sort of that way but TG is usually less than 70 and HDL is higher.
You said at 6:45 that your doctor said 'at your age (57) you should be on statins'. Do doctors in the US prescribe some drugs based on age rather than health?
Very good advice! Carnivore works for me because it’s simple. I eat basically all the same things every day. Beef, in various forms, and eggs. I will have salmon, bacon, oysters, and sardines a couple times a week as well. There are so many practical advantages to this lifestyle but it’s the health benefits that will keep you on it. Mental health, arthritis, diabetes, autoimmune conditions, weight management, energy, digestive issues, and cardio vascular health just to name a few. The more people that adapt the more we are hearing of people getting off meds they have been on for years! We are taking back our health from all the pharmaceutical monopolies of the world and all the horrible advice from “ reputable Health Organizations “ that aided those drug companies to keep us sick and them profitable. I have learned SO much about how the health industry works and who they are really committed to. Follow the evidence and ignore the status quo. If Carnivore works for you then keep doing it and block out the noise.
Thanks to dr. Ken Berry❤. He saved my life in 2022. I now at 53 feel much healthier with Proper Human Diet👍🫶💪🧠🫀🫁🦷🦴👀 than i was at 23, with all that toxic Standard American Diet🤮🤮🤮 and toxic meds🤮🤮🤮
Ive basically always woken up with a smile on my face, because I love life, period. I haven't always had bunches of energy first thing in the morning. On carnivore, I'm jumping out of the bed with a huge smile and ready to conquer the day! It really makes you feel good everywhere ❤❤❤
Thanks for your concern, but I'm not too worried about my cholesterol levels at the moment. There's a lot of debate in the health community about cholesterol, so I'm taking the carnivore approach and focusing on maintaining a healthy lifestyle overall. I appreciate your advice and I'll definitely keep monitoring my LDL score. Have a great day!
@@BorisK296 Watch Dr. Ken Berry: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-ZdMF8lEFJ2g.html He's got a lot of videos on cholesterol, take a look.
I have 4 friends co workers that are carnivore. Imma say this their numbers aren't bad but aren't good. And thy have to eat certain things pre test to get numbers to reflect that they are normal- ish. A diverse microbiome is the ONLY way to achieve TRUE METABOLIC health. Unless you have a genetic predisposition this isn't an prolonged way of feeding. Short term only at best. Just ask your liver later.
Bro, YOU are looking good at 58 and even tho I am not a Doctor your numbers look very good too!! What do you think helped improve your albumin/creatinine ratio? Mine is a little high on carnivore and I would like to work on it. Thanks man keep up the GREAT work!!😇😎
Thank you so much for your kind words and positive energy! I appreciate your support. I believe my albumin/creatinine ratio was high, because at the time I was on a prolonged fast and I was probably a little dehydrated. Some electrolytes should help you on your ratio, I have no doubt you'll make progress. Keep up the positivity and take care!
Ah Ha, what I suspected and Professional’s warned about. Cholesterol and LDL count is High, these are actual killers. If I were you I would say been there done that and start the Mediterranean Diet. Good luck.
@@GreenTeaViewer I think your might be mixing cause and effect. The effect is narrowing of the arteries due to plaque buildup or also known as atherosclerosis can be measured with a calcium scan. The cause is the LDL, not the large fluffy LDL but the small sticky LDL that collects on the vessel wall.
@@mysneekers5862 His LDL is consistently and significantly going down as shown in his last 6 readings over the previous year-plus: 432 400 324 275 243 235 Obviously (except to you), the Carnivore Diet is serving him very well on his road back to health. So you can take your "Aha Ha!" and stick it where the sun don't shine.
@@mysneekers5862 I will have to research this more. At the moment I'm not aware that LDL (small or otherwise) causes arteriosclerosis or if it's just correlated. I have also seen papers cited that show no higher mortality for those with high LDL numbers. One thing is for damn sure (I researched it at the time when my mother was prescribed statins) is that the cholesterol numbers mean different things depending on age and sex (I found that in elderly women there was no correlation with cholesterol and heart disease). I concede that there is such a correlation in middle age males. That doesnt mean causation or, as I have said, increased total mortality. I trust you are aware of big pharma capture of regulatory bodies and their ferocious promotion of statins with a profit motive. This should give the insight to dig deeper.
Here is one medical doctor (heart surgeon) who disagrees with your view that a high LDL should cause you to drop carnivore and go to Mediterranean Diet. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-m_AXlUPRMnQ.html Much more info out there along the same lines. Your initial comment invoked "Professionals" who should be trusted. The thing is, there are "professionals" on both sides (or all sides). That's why we need to look at science, not invoke authority. "Professionals" are frequently compromised by the organisations they belong to, corporate money, groupthink and so on.
I thank God for dr. Ken Berry and dr. Chris Palmer. For the past 2 years those 2 doctors savwd my life by puting in remision epileptic seisures, angiodeama anaphalethic attacks from all those toxic meds i use to take since 2006😢. But since 2022, when i almost died from those toxic meds, i finally found those 2 real ,awesome, smart doctors, and they saved my life. I have been on lion diet/ omad 5 working days a week and 18:6 on my 2 days off from work. At 53 now, i feel way much healthier than i was at 23. The reason i said that i put on REMISION, instad REVERSING, it's becouse anyone knows better, that when we have been lied for over 50 years with that stupid SAD toxic processed foods, and taking toxic meds, we actually can not reverse metabolic syndromes, just like that. I thank the good Lord i found those 2 doctors on youtube, and i still learn so much from them. God bless them both.
What..a?.🤣🤣🤣. Omg, i reverse T2D by giving up the toxic sugar🤮 Crapy carbs🤮 Nasty grains🤮 A.i. won't admit the truth, about the benefits of carnivore diet🫶💪🧠🫀🫁🦷🦴👀 I pray for the next generation becouse they will suffer with plant based and beyond impossible toxic crap so call fake lab foods😢😢😢
The important factor here is, not the LDL or total Chol. Important is the TG divided by the HDL which is 1.95, anything under 2 is nothing to worry about.
23 days in! How did I live life before? I don't feel recognizable. I also have the most confidence I have ever had. I sold cars and mortgages so I didn't really lack it before. I was sick and beyond miserable. I'm going from not being able to walk my dog some day without joints swelling to opening a business. I don't know how to explain it but I have this control I've never had before. Life is beautiful and I never knew. I currently can say that I don't dread tomorrow. I can't wait to dominate it.
