I corrected all of these problems on the carnivore diet, 5+ years and still happy :) loose teeth, bleeding gums, sensitive teeth, blocked sinuses, mouth breathing, left eye twitches, heartburn, calf cramps, yellow stool, blood in stool, edema below the knees, pain in feet when walking, I can stay out in the sun longer without burning or peeling, shoulder/neck pain after waking up, lower back stiff/pain-twinge free since Nov 2022 after an operation in 2005
I've been carnivore about 3 years now. I embrace the general population thinking I'm crazy. If the majority of the unhealthy slaves in society thinks I'm nuts, I know I'm doing it right. If someone wants to have a rational conversation about my way of life, I am glad to answer any questions they have. But I can understand not wanting to have that conversation at the beginning of your journey, until you are more confident, and know all the answers to the questions.
That's awesome to hear that you've been thriving on a carnivore diet for 3 years! Keep doing what works. It's fantastic that you're open to having rational conversations with those curious about the diet. Confidence and knowledge definitely go hand in hand. Thanks for sharing.
I'm about to start this diet and I have my mother and both brother's telling me it's not a good idea and it's a diet for men who work out a lot and burn a lot of calories, one of my brothers does MMA and is the main one telling me to not do it. I'm just gonna give it a try and see how I feel in a month.
That's awesome that you're willing to give the diet a try! It's important to listen to your body and make choices based on your own experience. Remember, everyone's body is different, so what works for one person may not work for another. Stay positive and open-minded, and focus on how your body responds over the next month. Good luck on your carnivore journey!
You won't regret it. first couple of weeks can be rough, but don't give up. Food freedom & health is priceless. Make sure you are salting your food to almost more then you want. When all the excess fluids / inflammation start leaving your body, you want to get a lot of salt in. Have carnivore snacks ready when the sugar cravings come( hard boiled eggs/premade bacon leftover meat etc etc) Diahrea is normal as you microbiome changes. Don't trust a fart is a fart😂. Good luck brother!
im a meat-a-terian ...i dont give a rats a** what anybody thinks... all i can say is, if ur an over zealous vegan, dont get in my face while im eating my cow cause ill make sure ur meals for the next 6 weeks will be thru a straw ...always enjoy ur videos, thank u sir
If you're confused about how to keep discreet about your carnivore diet when dining out, you can say: "i had a huge salad for x meal or a few hours ago " 😂
Thanks for sharing your tip. I love the humor in using the "huge salad" excuse, that's clever! It's all about finding creative ways to stay on track, while still enjoying social gatherings.
Lost 23 lbs. at Goal. Lots of energy. No cravings for anything. Feel great. My husband psoriasis has gone away and joint pains. He feels great. He is growing more hair on his face. He’s never had much but coming in thicker🤷🏻♀️
