Think we could get a video on how to play the basic combos through hand traps or what to do? I myself am not too good at seeing lines through hand traps so that's something I definitely have to work on and that would probably help a lot of other people
Also for the Engraver 1 card combo : - Instead of Necroquip after Requiem, you can just bring back the Engraver from the GY by shuffling back Lurrie and use Tract from the grave to go into Lacrima with both Engravers - Lacrima brings back Engraver, Requiem effect to attach to Engraver, special summon Necroquip, link into Sequence with Lacrima and Necroquip (DO NOT USE LACRIMA EFFECT) - Shuffle back Lacrima and Requiem to make Aerial Eater with Sequence effect. Aerial eater effect to foolish Lotus - Link Aerial eater and Sequence into Yama and get Sharvara. Aerial eater effect to reborn himself by bannishing both Engraver from the GY - Link into Rage with Yama and Aerial eater. Pop Rage with Sharvara and get back lotus with Rage effect (DO NOT USE YAMA HERE) - Norm Lotus, effect to spe spirit, effect to get Pain, effect to pop spirit and get squirmer, spe Yubel, spe squirmer, pop Yubel, spe Terror and NOW USE YAMA to spe Yubel back Board now should be Sharvara, Squirmer, Terror, Yubel and Pain. GY should be Necroquip, Sequence, Aerial Eater, Rage, Lotus and Spirit. Banish should be Tract, 2 Engravers and Yama. - Link Sharvara and Terror into Closed heaven. Sharvara effect to get chamber. Shuffle back Terror and Lotus from GY to get Phantom. - Link CLosed Heaven, squirmer and Yubel into Appo. With this you get a 1 card combo without any discard only to get the same result with just 1 less negate on Appo which isn't that different tbh. Note that you still have Squirmer in the grave and access to a 2nd Phantom.
I’m honestly fine with Snake Eyes pivoting to Rescue Ace if Flamberge gets banned. It feels like the clearly most overtuned card out of the bunch, either setting up free I:P plays or bricking an opponent’s monster into the back row going second, and reviving two snake-eye cards often on both players turns, which gives them so much follow up and survivability. I think Flamberge needs to go just like Ariseheart did, and I’m okay with Snake Eye being a link climb engine in other decks after that. If Beatrice is also banned, OSS gets weaker too, because you can’t freely foolish it to start snake eye combos out of Fiendsmith. And at the end of the day it can be met with Ash Blossom or now Dominus Purge, unlike Flamberge
I am expecting to be disappointed by the next list tbh. Last one was a half measure that didnt do shit to Snake Eyes. Tenpai getting a random hit and Flamberge semi limited would hilariously on brand for Konami.
Game 1 we couldn’t veiler Chandra before battle because he went battle activate kaimen to summon the chundra. Also azurune negates internal summons not effects that would summon stuff.
