I love that you connect physical health and spiritual health, and am so glad you are bringing up the topic of the importance of health. I believe our health is under attack and we, as the body, must present our bodies acceptable unto God and get back to nature. What we eat and how we live matters to the Lord, and are important for producing our future offspring if it is in the will of God. I want to impart some health tips for those wanting to better their health: -The sun is not our enemy, get sun into your skin and eyes upon waking up -Know your sun tolerance and opt for natural sunscreen like organic coconut oil -Ditch sunglasses (opt for red light/blue blocking glasses for the nighttime) -Include organ meats and seafoods (ideally raw) into your diet -Opt for raw dairy, spring water in glass bottles (no plastic) -Opt for natural sugars like medjool dates or raw organic honey -Opt for natural fabrics like cotton (ideally organic), linen, wool, hemp -Limit exposure to EMF's by avoiding the body scanner at the airport, using wired earphones instead of airpods, not using your phone or laptop while charging, avoiding blue light after sunset and before bed, turning off Wifi when not in use or before bed -Avoid toxic makeup and go for low-toxic makeup with minimal, natural ingredients -Avoid a sedentary and stressful lifestyle; take long walks, no high intensive exercise -Avoid fast food, alcohol, fluoride, birth control, vaccines, industrialized seed oils (canola, safflower, soybean, etc) GMOs, any food or drinks with a long list of unpronounceable ingredients (check the back), & toxic relationships For those wanting to know more about true health, check out the works of Weston Price and Sally Fallon Morell (I suggest her book "The Nourishing Traditions Book of Baby & Child Care" for more information about fertility and conception). I believe we should be strict with what we eat and put into our bodies and how we live, while giving ourselves grace because ultimately God is in control!

I totally get it! Waiting is hard but the wait is worth it! She will come at God’s perfect timing! Keep preparing as a man of God and stay focused on Him..before you know it..she will be presented 🙏🏽✨
Her advice is gold. The Lord is the love of my life. He's completely healed my soul. My dad & my mom were absent, neglectful & abusive. I had deep shame,fear & abandonment issues & subconsciously chose abusive men. All my life. I never thought God even cared! Well God is a healer of the heart. He healed me. I'm ready to marry the right brother. There is a lovely man that's interested. A man after God's heart so we shall see how it goes. We're just beginning to get to know each other. Not rushing into anything. Friends first! Pray for us. P.S. We are both chaste. Abstinent.

God has been speaking to me this lately. As someone who has had body image issues and dieteted through out my life including being a kid, I feel this! I just am at the point where I am aiming not to diet but aiming for health and taking care of my temple. I think also in the 90s and 2000s as a kid, they were extreme dieting and the image was skinny so a lot of young girls felt like they weren't thin enough and I think it caused a lot of disordered eating. I think all this did was mess up my metabolism for a long time and now it is finally getting better. But switching our mindset vs a diet mentality
Yes that’s where we mention it is spiritual health before physical health. When we stand on what the Word of God says for all aspects of our lives including fasting and eating well..we see the effects of that in our physical. There are just too many temptations in today’s day and age and it’s about stepping out of the spectrum of what everyone else is doing and focusing on what God has us to do. I do agree with today’s society indoctrinating many men and women to look and act a certain way. The only way we need to go in, is in Jesus. Proverbs 3:5-6 ALL DAY!! He also gives us wisdom and discernment to heed and to walk. He’s faithful to us when we abide in HIM! ❤️🔥🥰🙏🏽 GOD BLESS YOU!!

Become free of the religious trap of 'if I eat this then I'll be healthy. if I work out this many times a week then I'll look good' Just have fun. Do what makes you happy. Eat what makes you happy. Enjoy what is available and what I have provided for you. Be free like a little child. Let me take care of your health. Let me restore your beauty. Then rejoice in my love that it's already done."
@@lov3letter4u Hi! Thank you for the response, I personally love that scripture, Don’t worry about what you eat. It gives us comfort knowing he will provide all of our needs. However pertaining to eating healthy is a religious trap, I disagree with it being religious, The Lord gives us the ability to make a choice, Will this processed junk that society sells and promotes, does it glorify Christ and the bodies he’s blessed us with, or does nutritious Whole Foods Glorify the Lord and the bodies he blessed us with? We as Christian’s need to be the example of not only being righteous however also being the example in the area of our food intake because most of the hyper palatable processed foods cause addiction which is why people can’t stop, And the Lord says you will not be mastered by anything, so therefore if we go based off what you mentioned, “Be happy and eat whatever” is a contradiction on what the Bible says. He says take care of the temple. Also why wouldn’t you from a logical standpoint want to eat healthy and feel the best you can be? Christians can neglect the avenue of health, which is why it’s important for us to prioritize it, because a lot of Christian’s are unhealthy. We want to be a witness to people on what Christ is doing in our lives, and if we’re dealing with food addiction, how can we help people dealing with food addiction or unhealthy eating? It’s bondage for some people. He frees us so we can help lead people back to Christ, so he can free them of the bondage. We need to be different. All love! Hope this makes sense.
@@lov3letter4uthere’s a genuine difference between worry vs concern. To worry is to fear any outcome that may never happen. To be concerned is to take action in faith. I believe that God truly supplies us with all that we need (Matthew 6:33) and it is our responsibility to care for our temples (our body’s) and to help others see where they may have blind spots. Thank you for sharing. I believe sticking to whole unprocessed foods is best, including fruits and veggies which God gave us along with organic animal products preferably raw for dairy. Blessings in Christ!

It's hard when you have waited so long. I've gone through a whole gammet of emotions. I can relate to a lot of it. I think there's a lot more than meets the eye. Yes, don't compare yourself, etc. But there's too many single Christian women in the church that are in a long waiting season. 40+.
Im scared of feeling expectant...because I end up making so many mistakes, because at the slight greeting I just jump in without even asking God for counsel I don't want to disappoint God anymore and I dont want to break my heart
Currently in a situation of waiting this really spoke to me today. I was scrolling through youtube and I just found it and click and I don’t really like to see long videos but this one caught my attention God always speaks to us. ❤
