I am an ex-Muslim. I am proud that I have broken away from Islam and now live a free, non-believing and more liberal life. I am also proud to be a nudist because I am allowed to accept and love my body without shame. I feel a deep affection for Germany and Europe because the openness and diversity of the people here have influenced me greatly. This has led to me wanting to adapt to the lifestyle and values of this society and to identify with it.
Skinny dipping is the best thing a human can do. You get to feel the freedom of swimming with no barriers blocking your nether regions from the water. You connect with nature. And you can get a tan😂. What a perfect spot for any time of swim, so tranquil and so beautiful. I have done a wild swim many times but never a skinny dip before but I did my very first naked hike 3 weeks ago on World Naked Hiking Day, after chickening out of it last year and found it an incredibly freeing experience, despite only doing 50 yards and feeling very nervous but I always said I would do it. I have been blessed with good heath most of my life and it is something I give thanks for every day but I know that could all change tomorrow, so I try and enjoy every day as much as possible. Wow Alan that is soooo brave! Where was the naked hike? I've only ever done swims either alone or with groups of women when on retreats so a hike would be a different level! Well done!! Next time you go wild swimming, maybe give it a go xx
@@ShaktiSuzie - I said I would do it on World Naked Hiking Day and then 2 subscribers asked if they could join me. One had a 50th birthday and it was a bucket list thing she wanted to do with her sister but they did not want to do it alone. We arranged to meet on the top of Armboth Fell, me walking up one side and them the other and then we would walk to another Fell top about half a mile away. I got a message say they were stuck in traffic on the M6 and they were not there when I got to the top and had no signal. I did it alone, (only for about 50 years) feeling very nervous but also extremely free. I waited an hour and then completed the rest of the walk myself, got a signal and a message saying due to the holdup they had gone to Windermere instead. To be honest, I was slightly disappointed but also very much relieved, as I just know; I would have been so embarrassed lol
Keep going and stay strong 💪🙏. I have been through a lot and still struggling and sometimes i want to do the unthinkable but i always keep going 💪. Happy Sunday 😊

Yes yes yes, I was just sat answering the question "what do I really want to achieve/what do I dream of?" Since being unwell I've only been able to focus on getting well, but I'm starting to feel that I could start to allow my dreams to come back in. Let's see 🌟 thank you x

That's the great thing about Ibiza; on the even just the only slightly quieter stretches of beach, nobody is at all concerned if you choose to spend your entire day totally naked.

Myalgic encephalomyelitis. I can pronounce it fluently. Sadly I have quite an in-depth experience of this through an ex I was with for 10 years, 9 of which were spent living with ME. As is often the case with ME getting a diagnosis was not possible, so we went through 2 years of having everything else discounted before we were finally told Pauline had ME. Once we realised the truth we researched those things we could do to alleviate her suffering and aromatherapy kept coming up as beneficial, as did living somewhere with fresh air. So, we moved from Coventry, relocating north of Matlock in the Derbyshire Dales. I also took a two-year aromatherapy course. The move certainly aided both of our mental health, and Pauline found the aromatherapy massages hugely beneficial. The ME was very hard to live with for us both. On most days her energy levels were so low she needed to be pushed in a wheelchair if we went out. Maybe as few as one day a week would be even relatively decent. Sadly our relationship ended, and looking back I am quite sure her ME played a huge part in this. Wishing you both all of the best.... Regards, Bib.
Awww so sorry to hear that Bib, chronic illness is so misunderstood still and so many doctors are willing to just say that's that and that there isn't a root cause. Of course there is, and it sounds like the nature and aromatherapy really helped Pauline relax and heal. I benefit greatly from both of those things too, and sunshine plus swimming in wild waters so our trip looking at where to move to has really helped. We wanted to move anyway and this has just confirmed it. The world is so toxic now and for many of us, if not all, our toot cause is our nervous systems that are stuck in vigilance either from previous trauma or injury etc. The breast implant illness was the last straw for my body and so I'm on a path to healing but it's taking a great deal of really looking inward to heal the deeper developmental traumas and help my nervous system and brain feel safe. I've been doing brain retraining and that's helped so much, as has slowing down and learning to choose myself over people pleasing. Getting so unwell has actually gifted me with being able to really find a slower life with more presence and being able to heal myself deeply. It's so lovely to hear you cared for your ex partner so well. Sean is absolutely magnificent and has been caring for me at my worst times. Thankfully I'm recovering so we can do more, but he's really taken to a more nature-filled lifestyle too and we both enjoy our time more as we're rushing around less. It's a blessing in some ways.
