I considered taking down the whole channel, but some people still watch the videos so I'm leaving them up for now. Game related videos from Dragon Age, Skyrim, The Witcher, etc. Will gladly consider requests.
I don't agree with violence against women, but the Warden knocking Isolde out here is one of the most satisfying moments of the entire game. Isolde is literally responsible for everything that has gone on here - all of the deaths in the castle and the village are all her fault because she refused to let Connor be taken to the Circle. All of those lives lost, all of those families destroyed - she's responsible for that. In her arrogance she thought that she could have Connor trained by a tutor in secret and everything would be fine. The worst part is in the scene after this in the Arl's bedroom, Isolde is still in her "how dare you" attitude to Teagan when he says that he never thought he'd see his brother again, blaming him for Connor's death. It's *your* fault, Isolde - shut up!
Most rpgs would mention killing a child but they would never actually let the protagonist do it they always gotta find a “better way” but not Dragon age you can literally sock the mom out cold and slit her kids throat thats why i love this game its not scared to be ruthless 1 life doesnt matter to a whole kingdom
This should've been in the core game. Even though I love the game and Have beat it once, the fact that you can be a blood mage and nobody ever mentioning it made me ultimately quit my last playthrough. I think it's way too game breaking, a huge plot hole that I find hard to ignore.
No this is the only reason I'd be grossed out by pursuing him. I wish there were more male ghoul options in this game, SIGH. Maybe next game. Whenever that is.
Well, i made a sacrifice when i agree to drink the blood of the darkspawn, deal with every boshit who came for me to resolve...so, yes she make this sacrifice in my gameplay (but only one time, this is very dusturbing), after all this is her fault. But i am who kill him.
Does blood magic work in this quest? The only enemies with blood are templars which one of them will resist and can simply cleanse area (and dragonlings which are trivial)
To be fair the whole darkspawn raping Brankhas lover Hespoth. Vomiting and jizzing down her throat and forcing her to be a cannibal in an attempt to make her a broodmother is pretty depressing... But this is pretty depressing too.
It's kinda funny how we have Mercutio, Heather Poe and Romero as the ghouls in the game.. the only odd man out is Knox Harrington... but it could just be a pseudonym.. since Tung just leaves folks in the need to know
It wasnt overly dramatic. It fit perfectly. THe only reason why it seems overly dramatic is because back then we couldnt do better facial expressions, tears and other showcasing of emotions in the face of the person so her face looks stoic while her voice is actually what it would be like. The fact you have a voiceless protagonist that does gaps in the emotional scenes makes matters worse.
On my 3rd playthrough when I decided to play a mage for the 1st, I chose blood magic and I was kind of nervous about taking it. But, OMG it's so ridiculously useful! Then combine it with the Power of Blood talents from Wardens Keep DLC & the Arcane Warrior Specialization. Holy crap you are "almost" unlikable! And then in the Awakening DLC you take the Battlemage Specialization. With all 3 specializations maxed out, you are a magical tank! Long story short you destroy fucking everything!
I swear, best voice acting in video game history. More people should see this video so more people will realize how great she is. I don't even know who her voice actor is but I know she's great.
Everything that went wrong in Redcliffe can be traced back to this Orlesian idiot. If only she had sent him to the Circle, this would never have happened. When playing human noble, I allow her to sacrifice herself via Jowan. As a Dalish or a dwarf, the kid gets straight up killed. dwarf As a city elf or a mage, this scene happens. + There is no way, no way that going all the way back to the Circle would ever make any sense, time-wise. It's a day's journey across the lake, and if you have to solve the Broken Circle quest when you get there, the undead would have overrun Redcliffe by the time you get back. In the words of the warden: I see no way this ends happily. Furthermore, Isolde's actions could negatively affect the entire arling's opinion of the Guerrin arls. I wouldn't be surprised if, once word got out, there was an uprising and the family overthrown. Isolde, you selfish selfish woman.
Julia Maaño that’s why I always deal with the chaos at the circle before heading to Redcliffe. That way, I can easily save everyone in Redcliffe, Isolde, and Conner when I’m get there. I hate Isolde, I only save them for Alistair’s sake.
I for once cannot blame Isolde for not sending her son, her only child to the circle. Mages cannot inherit. And circles are prisons, Kinloch Hold was just two steps behind Kirkwall in being a fucked up place.
"I order you to stop" yes, because ordering a Dalish elf to do something will TOOOOTALLY work, not like humans haven't pissed them off enough already 6 is now my fave number.
The Poptart Queen dang. This is my first play but I got how this worked pretty quickly and raised his real quick because I had to have him. So he sided with me as his approval bar was full. Sorry to hear that tho! Did you try again? I'm gonna try for Alistair next time. Or if I can't restrict myself, I'll probably do Zevran again lol
