Yikes! Being interrogated by one of our own companions about using blood magic right inside the Circle tower is quite nerve wreaking. Especially with Gregoir and Irving standing there.

Apparently, it's hard to weave into the story. So in the final game and DA2 nobody calls you on it. Still, it's really irritating that you (may) have to lie to get them to let up, when there's a blight out atm. Wardens don't care what is used, so long as it's used to fight darkspawn.

@@svetlanamalavina4350 Most of Thedas is against blood magic, so they just hate on it, thinking blood magic = immediate possesion by demons. Look how much hate Merrill gets and her cause was quite noble and she was using her own blood, never harmed anyone in the process. Even blood mage Hawke can shit on Merrill for using blood magic.

@@Hjalmar_an_Craite Honestly I never understood the hate templars had for blood magic. They like to whine "oh it's dark meh meh" but no one calls out the chantry for getting their warriors addicted to lyrium, a substance which can lead to blindness, death, and all other kinds of effects, and using said addiction to control them.

On my 3rd playthrough when I decided to play a mage for the 1st, I chose blood magic and I was kind of nervous about taking it. But, OMG it's so ridiculously useful! Then combine it with the Power of Blood talents from Wardens Keep DLC & the Arcane Warrior Specialization. Holy crap you are "almost" unlikable! And then in the Awakening DLC you take the Battlemage Specialization. With all 3 specializations maxed out, you are a magical tank! Long story short you destroy fucking everything!

This should've been in the core game. Even though I love the game and Have beat it once, the fact that you can be a blood mage and nobody ever mentioning it made me ultimately quit my last playthrough. I think it's way too game breaking, a huge plot hole that I find hard to ignore.

Does blood magic work in this quest? The only enemies with blood are templars which one of them will resist and can simply cleanse area (and dragonlings which are trivial)

wats the armor and wepon ur pc got and nice vid are there more dialogue tweaks if there plz make vid for it but nice vid and sorry for my bad spelling
